Peter Andre laughs off Jordan’s ‘Mysterious Girl’ claims

London, Sept 7 (ANI): Aussie singer Peter Andre has laughed off reports that he has a new girl in his life, insisting that he feels like a virgin.

The 36-year-old singer’s statement came after his estranged wife Kate Price, a.k.a. Jordan, went on TV to suggest that he had a new Mysterious Girl.

He even compared himself to the hero of the hit comedy ‘The 40-Year-Old Virgin’.

“OK 36 and not a V but feel like one at mo. Lol,” the Daily Star quoted him as having written on his Twitter page.

Meanwhile, Jordan has reportedly told son Harvey to call her boyfriend Alex Reid ‘Daddy’, a news which has upset Andre.

He is disheartened that his disabled stepson is being used as a pawn in the divorce battle. (ANI)

Gerry McCann and friends Jane Tanner and Matthew Oldfield, who were with him and his wife Kate on the night their daughter vanished, are in Praia da Luz to advise private detectives filming a reconstruction of her disappearance.

The McCanns’ own investigators are making the reconstruction, which is also being filmed as part of a Channel Four Cutting Edge documentary.

Viewers will see actors playing out what witnesses claim happened on the night of May 3, 2007 and witness statements will be read out.

Negotiations are under way for the film to be broadcast on Portuguese television and across Europe, and it will be available on the Find Madeleine website.

The McCann’s spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: “The aim of this is to get that critical piece of information that could still help to find Madeleine. Gerry has returned with that aim.

“Certain aspects of the witness testimony were hidden deep in the police files and these particular aspects have received very little attention. The private investigators feel that it is very important to highlight these things.

“It’s being done simply in the hope that it will jog someone’s memory.”

He said a man was seen acting “suspiciously” in the area two days before Madeleine disappeared, and that Ms Tanner claimed she saw a man who could have been an abductor carrying a sleeping child.

But some of the locals maybe reluctant to help with the reconstruction.

Sky’s crime correspondent says there have been signs of protest against the McCann’s renewed campaign to find their daughter.

The Channel Four programme, which is due to be broadcast on May 7, will also feature interviews with Mr McCann, Ms Tanner and Dr Oldfield.

It will be aired five days before the youngster’s sixth birthday
