However, the Scottish actor arrived just behind her at the studios where The Late Show is filmed, reports The Mirror.

Meanwhile, Jen repeatedly referred to Gerard affectionately as “Gerry” and described him as “such a nice guy”.

On seeing a copy of W magazine, in which she and Butler pose raunchily together on the cover, the actress laughed and joked to Letterman: “Are you disappointed?” (ANI)

Madonna nothing but a friend, says Jesus Luz

Washington, May 26 (ANI): Rumours of Madonna and her alleged toyboy Jesus Luz set to tie the knot have fallen flat after the Brazilian model tagged the singer “nothing but a friend”.

The two first met in December last year at a photoshoot for W magazine, which depicted them in a string of provocative snaps, just days before the Queen of Pop put an official seal on her divorce with Guy Ritchie.

The pair had since then been photographed hopping the world, sparking romance rumours and a wedding in a Kabbalah commitment ceremony.

But the 22-year-old has now blasted the claims, insisting the 50-year-old superstar is just a friend whom he admires.

“She is someone I truly admire, a friend who is in my life, who I have worked with, and who I keep in touch with,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying on Brazilian TV show Fantastico.

“I can’t say anything else besides that. She is a friend, and nothing but a friend,” he added.

Luz further said he was least bothered about being tagged as the diva’s toyboy.

He added: “Actually I have never cared about what other people say about me because if I let people’s negativity enter my life then I will not be able to stay focused and follow my path.” (ANI)

Amy Adams used to make fake designer clothes!

London, April 12 (ANI): Actress Amy Adams has confessed that her financially strained upbringing often led her to make her own fake designer clothes at home.

The ‘Enchanted’ star revealed she had to rely on clearance sales to fill her wardrobe, and if she missed upon the chance, she could not afford the clothes.

But that did not stop the 34-year-old from being trendy since she started making twin apparel at home.

“We were defined by the clothes we bought at the mall,” the Daily Star quoted her as telling W magazine.

“If I didn’t get things on clearance, I wasn’t getting them. I would make fake Guess jeans by buying a cheaper brand with a triangle label and then cutting it off so you could still see the triangle outline.

“It’s so sad that I did that! But I really wanted to be one of those girls,” she added. (ANI)

Madge’s ‘fling with Jesus Luz, hookup with A-Rod may doom her adoption plans’

New York, Mar 24 (ANI): Queen of pop Madonna’s plans of adopting another child from Africa may have been foiled by her having a fling with 22-year-old Brazilian model Jesus Luz and by her hook-up with baseball star Alex Rodriguez.

Madge, 50, who wants to adopt 3-year-old Mercy James, has come under the scrutiny of Malawi’s adoption officials, and they have very strict rules when it comes to adopting.

“Our official policy is that we do not encourage our children to be sent into broken homes,” the New York Daily News quoted a senior official from Malawi’s Ministry of Women and Child Welfare Development, as saying.

“[Madonna's] relationships may negatively affect the adoption of Mercy.

“The news she is linked to another woman’s husband and a young man less than half her age makes us question her morals,” the official said.

When Madge was seen flaunting her relationship with Luz in a recent racy W Magazine spread it did not sit well with the officials, and Simon Chisale, Malawi’s child welfare chief, said morality plays a big part in the adoption process.

“We do not only look at the material issues, but also the moral standing of prospective adoptive parents, because we do not want our children’s morals to be corrupted,” Chisale said.

“We do not apply the law retroactively,” he added. (ANI)

Experts don’t buy Pitt’s defence of not cheating on Aniston for Jolie

New York, Mar 20 (ANI): Experts say that having emotional feelings for someone is the start of an affair, but actor Brad Pitt, who was married to actress Jennifer Aniston when he shot ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ with actress Angelina Jolie, has denied that he cheated on her.

Pitt, 45, has once again rebuffed allegations that he started his affair with Jolie on the set of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ while he was still married to Aniston, and says that he was still filming the movie when he split up with her.

“What people don’t understand is that we filmed for a year. We were still filming after Jen and I split up,” the New York Daily News quoted him as saying in the February issue of W magazine.

“Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t,” he added.

But experts have pointed out that an affair is not just about sex, but also about emotions. An emotional affair is an affair. If you find yourself having feelings for someone, that is the beginning of an affair,” Rachel Sussman, a New York-based marriage and family therapist, said.

So whether Pitt and Jolie consummated their relationship while he was still married to Aniston is irrelevant, she says.

Both Jolie and Pitt have denied that they began dating during his marriage and itt now says that his early relationship with Jolie was “respectful” of his marriage with Aniston.

But Pitt’s definition of what’s “respectful” might differ from his ex-wife’s.

“Men do tend to walk around feeling that unless I’m having sex, I’m not doing anything wrong,” M. Gary Neuman, psychotherapist and author of “The Truth About Cheating: Why Men Stray and What You Can Do to Prevent It,” said. Women can be uncomfortable with the husband talking about how many lunches he’s had with an associate. There is a difference of perspective,” he said.dding that extramarital sex “is only painful because it says how far the emotional affair went.”

Both Sussman and Neuman agree that spouses can avoid becoming too close to a member of the opposite sex. (ANI)

Madonna’s toyboy ‘moves in with her’

London, Mar 15 (ANI): Madonna’s new boyfriend Jesus Luz has moved in with her in New York – just three months after their first meeting.

Apparently, the hunky model has ditched his modelling agency in Rio de Janeiro and signed with elite agency Ford Models in the Big Apple.

And he’s set up home with the star in her Upper West Side apartment.

According to reports, the 50-year-old Queen of Pop has been cooking meals for her young boyfriend most evenings.

They have been attending Kabbalah meetings together and he has grown close to her three children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, eight, and David, three.

“Jesus has left his old life and his old friends behind. His whole world has turned on its head since he met Madonna,” The Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

“A few months ago he was living at his mum’s place in one of the poorest cities in the world. Now he’s got his feet under the table in a massive mansion block overlooking Central Park. And he’s on the books of the biggest modelling agency in the world.

“Madonna has changed too. She’s mellowed into a completely different person from the one who was married to Guy Ritchie. She never used to like cooking but now she has really got into it. They laugh a lot and enjoy staying in,” the source added.

Madonna and Jesus first met in Rio in December. They were brought together to pose as lovers in a hotel room for a sexy W Magazine shoot while she was touring with her Sticky And Sweet show. (ANI)

Drew Barrymore loved expressing her dark side in ‘Grey Gardens’

Washington, Mar 10 (ANI): American actress Drew Barrymore has revealed that she loved performing her miserable act in her new TV movie Grey Gardens.

Barrymore, 34, further revealed that she is not always the happy-go-lucky person she portrays in most movies and chat shows, and that playing the role of Little Edie Beale gave her the chance to vent out her depression.

“I was excited to bring my own pain to something. I mean, contrary to my happy-go-luckiness, I have so much darkness in there,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling W magazine.

“Playing Edie, I felt like s**t. I thought, ‘I’m afraid beyond anything I’ve ever known. I’m miserable; I’m scared; I feel sick all the time.’

“And I was like, ‘Good! At least I have somewhere to put it…’ I’m not f**kin’ happy all the time. I like making people feel good, but it was great not to have to please anybody,” she stated.

Barrymore admits that preparing for the film, which co-stars Jessica Lange and Jeanne Tripplehorn, reminded her of a stint in rehab when she was a teenager.

She became so immersed in the character of real-life recluse Beale, she locked herself away for six months, and turned her back on friends, newspapers and technology.

The character she plays is of former U.S. First Lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis’ odd cousin, who lived with her mother in a sprawling, rundown New York mansion. (ANI)

Madonna’s ‘return to abandoned raunchiness’

New York, February 9 (ANI): Madonna had reportedly returned to raunchiness after posing for “simulating” shots with four Brazilian hunks.

The Queen of Pop was said to have posed for W magazine’s layout, titled “Blame it On Rio”, which depicts her with the quartet, including her rumoured toy-boy, model Jesus Luz.

The 45-page spread, shot by top fashion photographer Steven Klein, apparently shows the singer semi-nude “in black lingerie, straddling one stud on a hotel bed while being attended by three other pleasure-givers, one of whom barely conceals his manhood with a towel.”

The “Material Girl” hit maker was alleged to have been prominently featured with 28-years-her-junior-Luz.

The duo was previously spotted having lunch together in New York, and Luz was reported to have tagged along with her to the Maldives in December.

Madonna’s rep Liz Rosenberg said that the two were just pals.

“I’m told they’re kind of friends,” the New York Daily News quoted Liz as saying. (ANI)
