Clips featuring MJ kids surface on YouTube

New York, May 13 (ANI): Video clips of late singer Michael Jackson’s kids have surfaced on the web.

Until his death, the King of Pop had kept his children away from any sort of media attention.

However, now at least seven videos of Blanket and Paris have emerged on You Tube.

A source close to the Jackson family confirmed to E! that the clips are authentic.

One clips shows the youngest of the three, 8-year-old Blanket, dancing around with a friend flaunting his lightsaber skills.

Also, Jackson’s daughter Paris features in a couple of clips that were reportedly recorded from an iChat conversation via a Webcam.

The 12-year-old girl is seen saying, “Monkey, please help?,” reports the New York Daily News.

In another clip she is lip-synching and dancing to a rap song reportedly made by Jackson family friend Omer Bhatti. (ANI)

MJ had secret hitlist of ‘enemies’

Washington, Sept 18 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson maintained a secret list of enemies, which only his closest associates were aware of.

The King of Pop’s former manager Dieter Wiesner has revealed that Jackson had a secret hit list of the people who he wanted to be kept away from him at all times.

The list included ex-friends Uri Geller and Rabbi Schmuley Boteach, Santa Barbara, California, District Attorney Tom Sneddon, who tried to put Jackson behind bars on child molestation charges and lawyer Glora Allred.

Wiesner admitted he transcribed the list as his client reeled off names.

“Sometimes he was a little bit paranoid… I’d ask him, ‘Michael, what are you doing…?’ He said… ‘These people are after me and they want to destroy my life,’” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

The list of enemies also included music mogul Tommy Mottola and Janet Arviso, who accused Jackson of molesting her son at his Neverland Ranch home. (ANI)

Jacko’s long-time costumers to design his burial suit

Washington, Jul 4 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson’s long-time costumers Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush will be designing the burial suit the star will be buried in.

The Los Angeles-based designers are the same who had been hired to create costumes for the late pop star’s ‘This Is It’ comeback concerts in London.

The ‘Thriller’ hitmaker’s funeral will be held on July 7 in Los Angeles before a public memorial at the Staples Center.

And, according to reports, he will be laid to rest in a replica of James Brown’s bronze casket at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills, where his grandmother was buried in 1990. (ANI)

20 drugs seized from Jacko’s house

London, July 3 (ANI): Cops have reportedly found a horde of 20 different drugs at late singer Michael Jackson’s home, of which ten are potentially lethal painkillers and anaesthetics.

There were anti-anxiety pills, including Valium, Methadone, used to wean junkies off heroin, Demerol, a pain reliever, anaesthetic Propofol, dubbed “the Milk of Amnesia”, Fentanyl, a powerful pain reliever given to terminal cancer patients and Oxycontin, a painkiller similar to morphine but branded “Hillbilly Heroin”.

“The Jackson mansion was more like a drug store than someone’s home,” the Sun quoted a source close to the probe as saying.

Some of the medications bore labels showing that they had been prescribed to Jacko, while rest of them were labelled with other names – and some were not labelled at all.

The King of Pop is believed to have used aliases to obtain his prescriptions.

“Powerful narcotic painkillers of all kinds were found. There was no reasonable excuse for them all being there. Using more than one of this type of drug can be potentially fatal,” said the source.

“But there were ten in the house – it’s unbelievable.

“Police want to know whether the other people named on the medicine labels really needed the drugs prescribed to them and will be speaking to the doctors involved.

“The drugs found remain at the very heart of the investigation into the death of Michael Jackson,” the source added. (ANI)

Will.i.am, Jacko’s secret dance music album

London, Jun 30 (ANI): Rapper William J. Adams a.k.a. Will.i.am has in an exclusive interview revealed about the secret dance album he and late singer Michael Jackson had been working on with.

The album had been kept under wraps ever since Jacko passed away, but now the Black Eyed Peas star, who produced the King of Pop’s long-awaited new album, has decided to share its secret.

“It was going to be out of this world. It’s something Michael has never done before – a dance music album,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.

“I was very proud of it. But he was very protective and kept it under lock and key.

“After we made it I had to hand back every demo.

“He was a perfectionist and didn’t want anyone to hear it until it was ready,” he said.

Will.i.am had spent nearly a year working with Jacko on the new material in a studio in Ireland. (ANI)

Jacko’s mother gets temporary custody of his kids

New York, June 30 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine has been given temporary custody of his kids.

The 79-year-old won the temporary guardianship of his three children Prince 12, Paris, 11 and Blanket 7.

She has also asked the judge to appoint her administrator of his estate.

“This is where they belong. We are the parents,” the New York Daily News quoted Joe Jackson as saying.

“We love those kids, we are going to take care of them and give them the education they are supposed to have,” he added.

A hearing on whether the temporary guardianship should be made permanent will be held Aug. 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Katherine’s petition for guardianship of their estate of “unknown” value will also be on heard July 6.

“They have a long established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care,” the filing states.

The Jackson court papers say Michael died “intestate” – or without a will – and asked a judge to put Katherine Jackson in charge. (ANI)

Jacko’s final autopsy report to take four to six weeks

Washington, June 27 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson’s final autopsy reports are likely to take up to six weeks, according to the chief coroner investigating his death.

The cops have seized vials of prescription drugs from the King Of Pop’s rented house in Los Angeles as part of their ongoing investigation.

The coroner officials have not found any evidence of foul play in Jackson’s death.

They are taking extra time to complete toxicology, neuropathology and pulmonary tests before determining the exact cause.

“The cause of death has been deferred, which means that the medical examiner has ordered additional testing, such as toxicology and other studies, and those tests we anticipate will take approximately four to six weeks to complete,” Contactmusic quoted Chief coroner and investigator Craig Harvey as saying.

“At that time, once those test results have been completed, we anticipate being able to close the case and issue a final cause of death.

“There was no indication of any external trauma and no indication of foul play on the body Mr. Michael Jackson,” he added. (ANI)

Michael Jackson memorabilia up for grabs

New York, June 27 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson memorabilia has been put up for sale at Julien’s Auctions.

According to the New York Magazine, the pieces include vintage Jackson 5 photographs, signed albums and awards.

The stuff is estimated to fetch from about 200 dollars to 2,000 dollars.

However, executive director of Julien’s Auction House, Martin Nolan denies capitalizing on the king of pop’s death.

“We’re just focusing on the positive side of this, which is giving people the chance to see these items,” the New York Daily News quoted Nolan as saying.

In April, Julien’s was planning to host a massive sale of contents from Neverland Ranch, but Jackson sued to halt the auction and won. (ANI)

Jacko’s fans desperate to obtain seats at his final gigs

London, Mar 09 (ANI): Pop singer Michael Jackson may be going through a rough patch due to his bankruptcy and ill health, but his fan following seems unaffected, for zillions of them are desperate to obtain seats at his final concerts.

Although millions of fans are keen to attend Michael’s 10 farewell concerts at London’s O2 arena, only 200,000 seats will be made available.

It is feared that touts might make big bucks by selling tickets worth 50 and 75 pounds for thousands.

“A lot of fans are going to be disappointed, and the touts could make a killing,” the daily Star quoted a source as saying.

“They know people will pay through the nose to see Jacko’s last concerts,” the source added.

On the other hand, the ‘Heal the World’ hitmaker is not leaving any stones unturned to make his final concert a hit.

He recently made TV history by buying up the whole of a three-and-a-half- minute ad break during Dancing On Ice to promote his tour, through which he advertised his future London 02 arena concert.

The ad featured some of the hits he will perform, fans were also given details of how and where to book tickets. (ANI)

Jacko’s brother plans to build slave history theme park

London, Feb 20 (ANI): Pop singer Michael Jackson’s brother, Marlon, is working on a controversial project that will see a former slave port turned into a memorial for Africa’s former slave trade.
The Badagry Historical Resort, located near Badagry’s former slave port, will include a luxury resort that will house a Jackson Five museum, five-star hotel, and a life-size replica of a slave ship.

It is to be built in Nigeria, and American developers have announced that it will be part of a 3.4 billion dollars luxury resort that will include concert halls, golf courses, and casinos.

“The Jackson family had been looking for a place to site their memorabilia collection,” the Guardian quoted Gary Loster, chief executive of the Motherland Group, as telling the BBC.

“We visited the site of the slave port in Badagry and Marlon turned to me and said: ‘Let’s put it here, this is right’,” he said.

The development will cater to the country’s growing tourism industry, particularly African-American tourists who wish to trace their Nigerian roots.

Besides promising to attract 1.4 million visitors in the first year, the Motherland Group has also pledged to “enhance the quality of life for millions of people across Nigeria”, by creating more than 150,000 jobs by the end of their fifth year.

“It’s such an emotional place, and I think we all felt that it was the right place to have the Jackson family memorial,” Loster said.

But their plan to create a historical monument has not been met with favour from all.

“It is not appropriate from a cultural or historical point of view,” Nigerian historian Toyin Falola said.

“Moneymaking and historical memory are allies in the extension of capitalism. You cry with one eye and wipe it off with a cold beer, leaving the other eye open for gambling,” he stated.

But Loster, Jackson, and the other developers have dismissed these criticisms.

“We know the problems facing us. We have visited Nigeria several times,” Loster added. (ANI)

Jacko auctioning 2,000 items from Neverland ranch

London, February 17 (ANI): Pop singer Michael Jackson is reportedly auctioning 2,000 items from the Neverland ranch, which he quit in 2005 after his acquittal in his infamous child abuse case.

His treasured possessions will descend on the four-day sale in April.

Meanwhile, reports have suggested that Jackson lived like a king with crowns, a royal cape, a suit of armour, and a throne in his bedroom.

The singer, who is currently wrestling with huge debts, once had a fortune worth more than 500 million pounds.

The Beverly Hills auction will see furniture, sculptures, items from Jackson’s art collection, fixtures and fittings from his mansion, and his stage costumes go under the hammer.

According to reports, Jackon is even selling the famous gates and fairground rides at the 38-acre Neverland amusement park in California.

A touring exhibition of lots will be in London next month.

“It seems as if everything he owns is made of bronze, marble and gold,” the Daily Star quoted auctioneer Michael Doyle as saying.

The auction catalogue has been lovingly produced.

It says: “The collection of the King of Pop Michael Jackson – Amusements, arcade games and Disneyrama.”

Items for sale range from a pair of socks covered in rhinestone banding, priced at 575 pounds, to a Rolls Royce customised with special art, valued at 115,000 pounds. (ANI)
