MJ’s mother wins will ruling

London, September 19 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine can challenge the administrators of the singer’s estate without any threat to her 40 per cent stake, a judge has ruled.

The 79-year-old’s legal team said that she wants to have more say over the manner in which the 400 million dollar estate is handled.

According to the ruling, the King of Pop’s mum will not breach a ‘no contest’ clause in the family trust if she sets up a challenge before the executors over Jackson’s will, reports the Sun.

Katherine is the legal guardian of the star’s children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, after his sudden death on June 25.

She will receive more than 1 million dollars a year from his estate including a sum of 26,804 dollars a month for herself apart from a monthly allowance of 60,000 dollars for the three kids, as per the court’s order. (ANI)

MJ’s kids in ‘£750k protection plan’

London, September 14 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s children are reportedly under the shield of a team of bodyguards costing 750,000 pounds a year.

The youngsters, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, a.k.a Blanket, were placed under protection after fears they might be targeted by kidnappers or stalkers following the death of their father.

“Michael’s death has made them more of a target. They’ll be guarded like royalty,” the Daily Express quoted a source as telling News of the World.

The Jacksons were said to have come up with a protection plan for the children and hired six security men to guard them.

The men are allegedly trained to fight and deal with kidnap and hostage situations. (ANI)

Macaulay Culkin rubbishes ‘Blanket’s dad’ claims

Washington, Sept 1 (ANI): Actor Macaulay Culkin has rubbished claims made by a UK tabloid that he was the biological father of Michael Jackson’s youngest son Prince Michael II.

The Sun had published an article wherein the Home Alone Star, a close friend of the late MJ, was named as the father of Prince Michael II a.k.a Blanket.

Blanket, 7, was born of a surrogate mother, whose identity still remains a mystery.

Culkin’s rep Michelle Bega dubbed the claims as being “preposterous”.

Contactmusic quoted Bega as telling TMZ.com: “The enquiries are too preposterous for us to even acknowledge.”

Jackson claimed to have fathered two of his kids Prince Michael and Paris with wife Deborah Rowe, but some speculate the pop icon may have been the biological father of none of his children. (ANI)

MJ kids ‘to join Beckham boys at school’

London, Aug 30 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s children will join Beckham boys to step into classrooms for the first time in their lives, it has emerged.

All of Jackson’s three children were home-tutored when he was alive.

However, their grandmother and legal guardian Katherine Jackson’s wants them to join other kids of their age and believes this will help 12-year-old Prince Michael, one year junior Paris and Prince Michael II aged seven.

The Daily Express quoted a family friend as saying: “It’s going to be a culture shock for all three kids at first. But all of Michael’s brothers and sisters agree with Katherine that it’s time they stepped out into the real world.”

The King of Pop had once made plans of opening up his own school for his children, as he feared they would be “treated like freaks” in other schools but the plan could never materialize.

MJ’s children will attend the same 30,000dollar-a-year private school attended by the Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham. The Beckham’s third son, the fopur-year-old Cruz, is expected to join the school’s nursery soon.

The Jackson family friend said: “It is one of the most secure and security-conscious schools in America,” and rubbished all talks of the terrifying prospects of the school to Jackson’s protected children by calling them “totally unfounded” (ANI)

Lester did donate sperm to MJ, confirms doc pal

Washington, August 24 (ANI): Michael Jackson did receive sperm from former child star Mark Lester as he tried of a second child, the British doctor that the late King of Pop tried to hire as his personal physician has confirmed.

Dr. Susan Etok, a long-time consultant to Jackson, backs ‘Oliver!’ star Lester’s claim that he could be the biological father of Jackson’s daughter Paris.

He has revealed that Lester was among the sperm donors Michael used to impregnate his second wife Debbie Rowe.

“Michael really like the fact that he (Lester) had good genes,” Contactmusic quoted Dr. Etok as having told new show Entertainment Tonight.

The ‘Thriller’ star repeatedly dismissed reports he was not the biological father of all three of his children-Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II.

Lester, however, told America’s Today show: “Michael was very shy when it came to women and he confided in me that he had found it very difficult to do the sexual act. I just jokingly said, ‘Well look, Michael, if you don’t wanna do it, maybe I’ll do it for you.’”

Lester even flew to the US with his 15-year-old daughter Harriet last week to show off the resemblance between her and Paris. (ANI)

Michael Jackson’s £13.3M insurance policy in jeopardy

London, July 15 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s 13.3 million pound life insurance policy is hanging in mid-air as officials are reportedly investigating whether his death was “self-inflicted”.

The singer had named his three children Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, as sole beneficiaries.

But the multi-million pound payout due to the youngsters, after the death of their father last month, appears to be in jeopardy, as insurers are allegedly probing the circumstances under which the King of Pop died.

Authorities were said to be looking at the possibility that Jackson did not die naturally, and his death could even be tagged as suicide because of his long running abuse of prescription drugs or that his failure to declare his addictions nullifies the policy.

“The insurers are investigating the possibility this was, in fact, not natural death,” the Daily Express quoted the New York Post as saying.

“Also investigating whether he was totally truthful or evasive or did he actually lie when applying for this policy… Their tactic is gearing up to say his not-so-natural death was self-inflicted by his lifestyle.

“I’m hearing they may go further with the tack that his history of drugs amounts to suicide. The policy does not pay out on suicide,” it was added. (ANI)

Jackson’s kids stayed with his body for 30 mins to say goodbye

London, July 12 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s three children remained with his lifeless body for half an hour in a cold hospital emergency room to say goodbye to the late star, the singer’s closest sister has revealed.

La Toya Jackson revealed how she took the kids Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7 to see their father, whose sudden death on June 25 left people stunned all over the world.

“It was Paris who said she wanted to see her daddy ‘one last time’. So I took them into the room. There was a towel over his face. I lifted it and Paris said, ‘Oh Daddy, I love you’,” the News of the World quoted La Toya as saying.

“We hugged, and I kissed him on the forehead and the children lifted up his hands. He just didn’t look like he was gone. His eyes were half open, it was as if he was resting.

“The kids had been screaming – but once they were in that room and saw Michael they stopped and became calm,” she added.

La Toya also said: “We all said prayers out loud over him. We did that quite a few times over half an hour. When we walked out that room the kids didn’t cry. They were silent. They had closure.”

The singer further revealed how Paris continues to write letters to her late father and tied a farewill gift, a one half of her favourite split-heart necklace, onto his arm in the coffin.

She said: “She still writes him letters – sweet lovely letters about how much she loves him. Michael told us Paris always wrote notes for him.” (ANI)

Michael Jackson’s mum ‘turns his teen bedroom into shrine’

London, July 7 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s mother has reportedly turned his teenage bedroom into a memorial.

Katherine was reportedly suggested to “build a sanctuary” to help her cope with the tragic loss of her son.

The 79-year-old grieving mum was said to have “thrown herself” into creating the shrine, reports British tabloid The Sun.

According to the paper, three life-size wax models of the King of Pop presented to him by Madame Tussauds stand in the LA mansion’s room.

The walls were purportedly papered with photographs of his proudest moments, including a report with As for maths, history and English grammar when he was 14.

Jackson named Katherine the carer for his three children Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven in his will. (ANI)

Jackson’s ‘secret girlfriend was his kids’ former nanny’

London, July 5 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s long-standing secret girlfriend was Grace Rwaramba, the former nanny of his children, according to the late singer’s personal photographer.

Ian Barkley, who trotted the globe with the star for three years as his snapper, made the astonishing revelation.

Ian said that the duo’s relationship was known to the staff while Grace looked after the King of Pop’s three children Prince Michael, 12, Paris Katherine, 11 and six-year-old Prince Michael II.

“Grace loved Michael and he loved her. The kids called her ‘Mom’,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.

Jackson’s bodyguard Matt Fiddes recently revealed that the icon had a secret girlfriend though he declined to identify her.

Another of the artist’s bodyguards said: “Matt was referring to Grace. They were more like a married couple than employer and employee.”

The minder added: “Grace was the closest person to Michael and the kids. She will be broken-hearted. The children were always their joint priority and like any couple they’d row if they disagreed about how they were being brought up.

“But the difference between Grace and other women in Michael’s life was that she had absolutely no interest in fame. It was something she actively avoided and Michael was determined to keep her and their relationship out of the public gaze.

“The romance was well-known among staff but it was made very clear to them that this was not something that should become part of the public domain.” (ANI)

New pics of Jacko enjoying Christmas with kids at Neverland surface

The King of Pop, who left his estate in a trust for his kids, Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven, in his will, can apparently be seen as a doting dad in the touching footage.

One of the pictures depicts Prince Michael II, also called Blanket, with rosy cheeks, fair skin, blond hair and aged one, reports the Sun.

The youngster can allegedly be spotted playing with a toy plane marked with the word “Prince” as the singer takes pictures.

Little Blanket was also seen unwrapping a Teletubbies present, wearing a white tuxedo with a black bow-tie while being surrounded by stunning decorations and lavish gifts. (ANI)

Jacko had talked about adopting children from age 12

London, Jul 1 (ANI): Late King of Pop Michael Jackson had reportedly revealed his desire to adopt children from around the world at the tender age of 12.

The Thriller hitmaker had been interviewed by Lisa Robinson, a reporter, on many occasions ever since the Jackson 5 rose to fame in the 1960s, and she remembers him having a sense of responsibility even at such a young age.

“I had him fill out a questionnaire when he was about 12. It said, ‘What would you do if you had a million dollars?’ and he literally wrote, ‘Invest’,” the Daily Star quoted her as recalling.

“He also said what he wanted to do was adopt 20 children of all races. He loved children,” she added.

Jackson, who died from a cardiac arrest at the age of 50 on June 25, left behind his children Prince Michael Jr., 12, and Paris Michael Katherine, 11, from his ex-wife Debbie Rowe, and 7-year-old Prince Michael II, known as ‘Blanket’, from an unknown surrogate mother. (ANI)

Jacko’s mother to look after his children

London, June 29 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s children are going to stay with their grandmother Katherine Jackson as reports have come that the legend’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe will not fight for their custody if she is allowed more access to them.

The Jackson family who was ready to fight “tooth and nail” with the horse breeder has also softened its stance and agreed to her desire of being allowed to visit the kids more often.

A friend of Rowe has said that she is keen to avoid any situation that will further sadden the children after the loss of their father, by trying not to exercise her legal right against the Jacksons in order to settle them at her horse ranch in Palmdale, 65 miles from Los Angeles, the Daily Express reports.

Rowe’s lawyer asked over the weekend that the Jackson family “be able to say goodbye to their loved one in peace”.

Presently, the three youngsters stay at the Jackson family’s compound in Encino, north-west of Los Angeles with their 79-year-old grand-mother Katherine.

Rowe, a former nurse, got married to the icon in 1996 and parted ways three years later with a huge financial settlement.

She gave birth to Prince Michael, 12 and Paris Katherine, 11, while a surrogate mother conceived Prince Michael II, 7, also known as “Blanket”. (ANI)

Jacko’s family started hunting for cash hours after his death, reveals nanny

London, June 28 (ANI): Late King of Pop Michael Jackson’s nanny, Grace Rwaramba, has revealed that she was shocked to see how the ‘Thriller’ star’s family started hunting for cash hours after his death.

The 42-year-old woman, considered to be closest to Jackson and his three children, was in London when she heard the news that the singer had died at a rented Los Angeles home on Thursday.

She says that while preparing to board a plane to fly home and comfort the orphaned kids, she got received a shocking call from one of the Jackson family.

“The relative said, ‘Grace, you remember Michael used to hide cash at the house? I’m here. Where can it be?’” the News of the World quoted her as saying.

“I told them to look in the garbage bags and under the carpets. But can you believe that? They just lost Michael a few hours ago and already one of them is calling me to know where the money is!

“They also told me the children were crying and asking about me. They can’t believe their father died,” she added.

Uganda-born Grace-who has spent five years working as Jackson’s secretary, and 12 as nanny-also spelled out her fears over the orphaned kids Prince, 12, Paris, 11 and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, known to the family as Blanket.

She admitted: “I’m really distraught for them. Michael hadn’t been eating and the kids have been so scared for him. Now the youngest has been saying, ‘Why Daddy? God should have taken me not him.’”

Grace revealed that she fled America to join TV interviewer Barak at her Swiss holiday home after being abruptly sacked by ailing Jackson just two months ago.

She presently finds herself at the centre of the billion-pound custody battle for the children, currently being looked after by Jacko’s mum Katherine, 79. (ANI)

Jacko’s ex-wife wants full custody of kids

London, June 27 (ANI): Late Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe is seeking full custody of the couple’s children.

The King of Pop passed away at the age of 50 on Thursday (June 25) after a cardiac arrest apparently caused by an overdose of painkillers.

Soon after his death Jackson’s elderly mum Katherine and Debbie were set to launch into a bitter fight for custody of his children.

While Katherine was looking after Prince Michael Jnr, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II in Los Angeles, Debbie had apparently signed away her parental rights in return for a house and a multi-million dollar lump sum.

Jackson family lawyer Brian Oxman said Katherine would probably care for them long-term.

“She loves them dearly,” British tabloid the Sun quoted him as saying.

However, Debbie-who is the mother of Prince Jnr and Paris-had told a friend that she wanted full custody of the youngsters, just two days before Jacko’s death.

The friend revealed: “Debbie threw a fit, saying she was sick of the way Michael was bringing the children up. She said she was going to go for full custody of them. She said she was quite prepared to go all the way and fight him in court for it.”

In fact, the kids’ nanny Grace Rwaramba could also end up caring for them.

Sources close to the Jackson family said Katherine will “fight tooth and nail” to stop Debbie getting the youngsters.

Debbie’s friend said: “She understands there will be a vicious legal battle and she knows Michael’s mother will not readily hand the kids over to her. But she is their natural mother and will do whatever it takes to get them back.”

Last December, Debbie, 50, went to lawyers after Jacko’s biographer claimed that the star was suffering from a chronic lung condition and had just months to live.

She asked for more access to her children, saying: “I’m their mother and they need me.”

And now that the ‘Thriller’ hit-maker is dead, the friend said that Debbie wants her kids back for good.

The pal added: “At Christmas she just wanted to re-establish contact with them. But now she wants full custody. Michael’s mother is almost 80, Debbie doesn’t want them to lose their father and then their grandmother.”

Prince Michael Jnr and Paris were born during Debbie’s three-year marriage to Jacko in the 1990s.

Prince Michael II – nicknamed “Blanket” – was born later to a surrogate mother. (ANI)
