Jacko refuses to reunite with brothers for London gigs

London, April 5 (ANI): King of Pop Michael Jackson has refused to sing with his brothers after they begged him to stage a Jackson 5 farewell.

Tito, 55, Marlon, 52, and Jackie, 57, all asked the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker if their band could reunite for one gig during one of his 50 sell-out performances at London’s O2 Arena this summer.

According to a family source, fifth brother Jermaine, 54, didn’t join his siblings in pleading for an emotional reunion, though he did say he’d appear if asked.

However, Michael has told them there is ‘no way’ he can accommodate a one-off gig with his brothers.

“The London gigs are probably the last chance they’ll ever have to appear together again but Michael just won’t do it,” the Daily Star quoted the source, as saying.

“Marlon, Jackie and Tito are all deeply hurt and furious over Michael’s refusal to sing with them.

“It would be so easy for him to have them on stage for a few numbers on one night in July or August. Jermaine isn’t so bothered because, I think, deep down he expected the reaction the others got.

“They feel badly rejected and believe that if it had been Michael’s sister Janet asking to guest star he’d have jumped at it because she’s much more famous and successful than they are.

“All four could use the cash they could have generated in just one night singing alongside Michael as The Jackson 5.

“The fans would have loved it but Michael has broken his brothers’ hearts by saying No,” he added. (ANI)

Keith Richards’ strange habits picked up by son

New York, Feb 28 (ANI): Keith Richards, the founding member of The Rolling Stones, seems to have passed on his strange traits to his son.

Richards, 65, had made headlines two years ago when he said he snorted his dad’s ashes with cocaine, and later insisted that he was just kidding.

Now in the upcoming pop-culture bio ‘A Day in the Life’, Robert Greenfield reveals that Marlon Richards, the singer’s son with Anita Pallenberg, had strange habits as a youth.

“Marlon was a bit wild. He would eat ants, and Keith would say, ‘He wants to eat [bleep]ing ants? No problem, man. Let him eat what he wants’,” the New York Post quoted Charley Weber, Richards’ pal, as telling Greenfield.

“Marlon would put his hand into the butter in the middle of the big dinner table and eat it, and Keith loved it,” he had added. (ANI)
