New York, Apr 28 (ANI): Matt Damon and wife Luciana are expecting their third child together, it has been reported.

The couple, who has been married for more than four years now, are already parents to daughters Isabella, 3, and Gia, 21 months. And now, the Damon household is about to get a lot noisier, UsMagazine.com reports.

Luciana also has an 11-year-old daughter, Alexia, from a previous marriage, reports The New York Daily News.

Brangelina ‘planning small wedding’

Washington, Apr 27 (ANI): Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly planning to get married.

They are eyeing a low-key affair in order to avoid accusations of wasting money, reports Contactmusic.

The couple raises six children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, Zahara, five, three-year-old Shiloh and 21-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

A friend of the couple told America”s OK! magazine: “Brad and Angelina are exceptionally private people, and they pride themselves on being humble and not wasting money.

“So some over-the-top, beachfront affair with hundreds of guests isn”t going to happen.”

A source close to Brad – who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston – and Angelina said: “First it was Maddox, who has begged his parents to tie the knot for years.

“Lately, Shiloh and Zahara have been chiming in, and Pax thinks it would just be the coolest thing ever to be a ring bearer.” (ANI)

Naomi Campbell”s Russian lover talks about wedding plans

London, April 24 (ANI): According to a Russian report, Naomi Campbell’s boyfriend Vladimir Doronin has confirmed that the couple is planning to tie the knot.

The British model fuelled speculations in 2008 that the couple is going to marry after she was spotted at a party in Moscow, wearing a big emerald ring on her wedding finger, reports The Daily Express.

Campbell’s representative then rubbished the rumour but speculations went on. The couple has been dating since 2008.

The 39-year-old model herself refused reports that their marriage was about to take place. But now Doronin has affirmed that they will be marrying each other.

“I can”t say it took us long to decide who will be bridesmaid. We are good friends with Russian entrepreneur Dasha Zhukova, she is a wonderful person and talented designer. So she will be next to Naomi at our wedding,” Doronin told Life.ru on being asked about the bridesmaid’s choice.

Brisbane couple stranded by volcano ash cloud take wedding vows online

Melbourne, April 19 (ANI): A couple from Brisbane were forced to exchange marriage vows online with guests watching them tie the knot over the internet – because flight cancellation following the volcanic ash cloud over Europe left them stranded in Dubai.

Although Sean Murtagh, 24, and Natalie Mead, 30, tied the knot at a civil ceremony in inner-city New Farm, Queensland, three weeks ago, Sean”s mum organised a second reception in the UK since they could not attend the wedding.

But when Sean and Natalie landed in Dubai they found that there was no connecting flight to England.

“Everyone pray to volcano gods that I can get on a plane today, or I am going to miss my wedding,” the Courier Mail quoted Natalie, as stating on her Facebook page.

But staff at the Millennium Airport Hotel came to the aid of the couple and arranged a web-video link-up in their room.

Sean said: “They have decorated the lobby of the hotel. They made us a three-tier wedding cake, set up a laptop with Skype and a projector.”

Finally Sean and Natalie exchanged marriage vows again with 80 guests watching the ceremony online from London.

Natalie posted on Facebook: “Bugger if we are going to let a little thing like a volcano stop us from getting married and sharing it with Sean”s family and friends.” (ANI)

Sania-Shoaib marriage will help improve Indo-Pak ties : PCB boss Butt

Lahore, Apr.1 (ANI): Even though Indian tennis star Sania Mirza has clarified that she is not making any political statement by marrying cricketer Shoaib Malik, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Ijaz Butt has expressed hope that the wedding would help improve ties between India and Pakistan.

“While the decision by Shoaib and Sania is a personal one to get married, but I am sure it will have far-reaching effects and help improve relations between the two countries,” The News quoted Butt, as saying.

“I am sure the marriage will help regulate not only sporting relations but also help the people to come closer to each other and improve government to government level relations,” he added.

Several Pakistani sports personalities, including Imran Khan and Inzamam-ul-Haq, have wished the sports couple ‘good luck’ for a happy married life.

The two famous sports personalities would be getting married at a time when ties between India and Pakistan are not so cordial following the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.

Earlier, former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had also hailed the Sania- Shoaib decision to tie the knot , and said that political issues could also be resolved through a similar ‘positive approach’. (ANI)

Sania denied visa for Sialkot, reception likely in Lahore

Karachi, Apr.1 (ANI): The Pakistan High Commission has denied tennis star Sania Mirza a visa for Sialkot, the home town of Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik where a reception (Valima) was to be held after the couple’s marriage.

Sania has only got visa for Lahore and Karachi following which the reception is likely to be shifted to Lahore.

Sania and Shoaib will tie the knot on April 11 in Hyderabad while their wedding reception is slated to be held in Dubai on April 15, where the sports couple would be staying after marriage.

They are not the first ‘celebrity’ cross-border couple. Former Pakistan Test opener Mohsin Khan had married Bollywood actress Reena Roy in the 1980s, but the marriage didn’t last long.

Lahore, Mar.31 (ANI): Former Pakistan Prime Minister and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif has said he is happy at the news of the wedding of Indian tennis sensation Sania Mirza with Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, adding that political issues could also be resolved through a similar ‘positive approach’.

Malik and Mirza will tie the knot on April 11 in Hyderabad while their wedding reception is slated to be held in Dubai on April 15.

Earlier, Mirza confirmed the news about her marrying Malik, and said both will settle in Dubai after marriage.

The two famous sports personalities would be getting married at a time when ties between India and Pakistan are not so cordial following the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.

Sydney, March 30 (ANI): Kim Kardashian was dumped by her American Footballer boyfriend Reggie Bush because of a sex tape featuring the TV star, it has emerged.

Bush was uncomfortable to tie the knot with his long-term model girl friend as the 2007 obscene video of Kim and her then-boyfriend Ray J – made his conservative mother uneasy.

“Reggie”s mom just could not get over the fact that Kim had a sex tape. Reggie and his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of the tape,” a source told X17 online.

It is said that Kim is regretting the video as she believes that she still would have been with Reggie, had it not been publicized.

“She”s still crazy about him. If she didn”t have the sex tape, she could have been Mrs. Bush,” the source added.

While the brunette is trying hard to get over the incident, Reggie is thoroughly enjoying his single status.

“Reggie is surrounded by a bunch of his single friends. He wants to be a party guy, hang with the boys and date other people,” a friend said.

Kim, on the other hand, is staying with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian in Miami, Florida, and plans to keep up the friendship with her former lover.

Melbourne, March 29 (ANI): David Schwimmer is reportedly not talking to his former ‘Friends’ co-star Jennifer Aniston.

Schwimmer is apparently angry after the actress recently confessed on David Letterman chat show that she had ‘no idea’ whom the actor was marrying.

The 43-year-old, who played Ross Geller in the sitcom, recently announced his plans to tie the knot with his long-term girlfriend, photographer Zoe Buckman, 23.

Schwimmer has been with Buckman for couple of years now and is reportedly mad at Aniston after she couldn’t remember his fiance.

“David was not at all impressed when one of her supposed friends didn’t know who he was marrying,” the Daily Telegraph quoted a source as telling The Mail.

According to Us Weekly, the golfer, now 34, and the country singer, 27, were an item for a short duration of time.

“They hooked up and everything,” a source said. “Tiger was really into her. He likes those blondes!”

The weekly claimed that the duo ended their romance after the singer’s father disapproved of the pairing, saying their seven-year age difference was unacceptable, reports The New York Daily News.

London, March 24 (ANI): Ewan Mcgregor has reportedly bagged the lead role in Madonna”s movie about the late British royal King Edward VIII.

The film – Madonna’s second stint as a director after Filth and Wisdom (2008) – is about the former Monarch who abdicated in 1936 to tie the knot with twice-divorced American socialite Wallis Simpson.

According to Screen Daily, the Scottish star, 38, will play Edward in the upcoming flick, reports the Daily Star.

Vera Farmiga, will slip into Simpson’s shoes while Aussie actress Abbie Cornish is also expected to star in the movie.

Anna Nicole Smith”s estate to miss out on $300M oil fortune

Washington, March 20 (ANI): The estate of Anna Nicole Smith will not be entitled to any of the 300 million dollars allegedly promised to the late star by her oil tycoon husband.

A federal appeals court was said to have ruled against Smith”s estate in the case that was opened with the death of billionaire J. Howard Marshall in 1995.

Smith had tied the knot with Marshall in 1994 and later alleged she had been promised the staggering amount out of his 1.6 billion dollar fortune, Us magazine reported.

The matter was settled after the court ruled the 2001 verdict in favour of Marshall”s son, E. Pierce Marshall should be upheld.

Former Playboy Playmate Smith was found unconscious in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino near Hollywood, Florida, in February 2007.

Bollywood laugh riot on mistaken identities gets ready to rock the audience

Mumbai, Sept 18 (ANI): Come October and the audience will be treated to some laughs with the Bollywood’s forthcoming comedy ‘Do Knot Disturb’.

The film, an out-and-out laugh riot, is a story based on mistaken identities and consequent misunderstandings.

Directed by David Dhawan, who has been credited with churning out some memorable comedies, the film stars some prominent actors like Govinda, Sushmita Sen, Riteish Deshmukh, Lara Dutta and Sohail Khan.

The film’s story revolves around a rich businessman who in trying to hide his extra marital affair with a supermodel lands into complications.

He tries to save his skin by bribing a waiter to play the supermodel’s boyfriend and what follows are a number of twist and turns leading to misunderstandings and mistaken identities.

“Its about situations in life. There are so many things in life that you are not supposed to do but you end up doing that. Whatever you are not supposed to do, people love doing those things, they get caught and then their simple straight lives are entangled in knot and that’s why we have a K-N-O-T, knot, ‘Do Knot Disturb’. It’s a roller coaster ride for the audiences. I’m sure that there are extremely funny scenes and each and every character in this film will make you laugh,” said Riteish Deshmukh.

The philandering businessman’s role is essayed by Govinda while former Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen plays the role of his sophisticated wife.

“I play a very good wife in the film and what does a good wife tell her husband? Do not lie. But of course which husband listens, here also nobody is listening,” said Sushmita Sen.

The film promises to rock the audiences with its comic twists and turns and is slated for release on October 2 this year. (ANI)

Washington, September 17 (ANI): Jim Carrey has not tied the knot with girlfriend Jenny McCarthy in a special commitment ceremony in Malibu, his publicist has said.

Recent reports said that the couple vowed to be together forever in front of family and friends.

The lovers then purportedly headed to Las Vegas for their own version of a honeymoon, it was also said, reports Contactmusic.

But Carrey’s representative Marleah Leslie has denied the story, saying the claims are “not true”.

Dentist’s family asks to-be son-in-law for teeth makeover before wedding!

Melbourne, Sept 8 (ANI): Gordon Taylor had never thought his teeth would reduce his nuptial prospects until he was asked to get them fixed if he wanted to marry a dentist’s daughter.

The 32-year-old Taylor, of the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea, wanted to marry Sarah Lewis.

However, Taylor plans were crushed when he was told by the family to have a series of teeth fillings and cosmetic surgery before he could tie the knot with Sarah.

The girl’s father, Dr Philip Lewis, even gave him “snap-on smile” cosmetic denture to wear for the wedding in Cowes.

The Daily Telegraph quoted Taylor as saying: “I didn’t mean to neglect my teeth, I guess it was just the lifestyle I was leading.

“When I met Sarah, I guess her family noticed them more than most because her father is a dentist.”

Lewis confessed he was shocked to see his future son-in-law’s teeth.

London, Sept 2 (ANI): Football hero Gary Lineker and Danielle Bux will tie the knot today in Italy.he Match of the Day presenter Gary will marry the model after having proposed to her last August.

The couple were expected to marry this weekend but it is believed Lineker could hold on no longer.

The 48-year-old Lineker and the 30-year-old Bux will splurge a cool 250,000 pounds at their wedding bash.

The couple have rented an entire five-star hotel in Ravello on the Amalfi coast.

At least 100 family members and friends are expected to attend the wedding.

Bollywood stars seek blessings at ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’ in Mumbai

Mumbai, Sep.1 (ANI): The famous ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’, the venue where thousands of devotees are converging everyday for the ongoing Ganesha Chaturthi festival, on Tuesday saw many Bollywood personalities turning up to seek blessings of the Lord.

The 10-day festivities draw a large number of devotees to Puja Pandals or makeshift temples especially set up during this festival here.

Film actor Govinda, Director David Dhawan, actress Sambhavna Seth, Producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son Jackie Bhagnani offered prayers to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha.

“Mangal Murti (God of luck, Lord Ganesha) has the power to accomplish all your works. I have come here because ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’ blesses us and takes care of us,” said Govinda.

Govinda and David Dhawan have teamed up again after two years for their upcoming comedy movie ‘Do Knot’ Disturb’.

Sambhavna Seth who was also present at the tent said that she has a lot of faith in Lord Ganesha which made her visit the ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’.

“During Big Boss (reality TV show) I didn’t get an opportunity to visit here. Two years back, I had come here and since then I hold a lot of faith with Lal Bagh Ka Raja. It was very important for me to pay a visit and hence I have come to offer prayers,” said Sambhavna.

In the past few days, many members of the Bollywood fraternity have been paying visit to the Lal Bagh Ka Raja.

Thousands of devotees everyday throng the venue to have a glimpse of the 23-feet high Lord Ganapati idol at Lal Bagh Ka Raja pandal and also offer special prayers as a part of the ongoing festival.

The festival marks the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha, signifying good omen and prosperity. (ANI)

Chelsea Clinton’s nuptials on Chappaquiddick Island denied

New York, Sep 1 (ANI): Former US First Daughter Chelsea Clinton has been revealed to be nowhere close to tying the knot with her fiance, Marc Mezvinsky, even though rumours have stated otherwise.

When pictures of a big wedding stage being built on Chappaquiddick Island off Martha’s Vineyard emerged, it was automatically assumed that Clinton, 29, would be getting married.

But Clinton’s spokesman Matt McKenna, who’s been denying the purported union for months, said that he’d wager 1,000 dollars it’s not on.

“I know this spot on Chappy very well, and I know the two brides who will get married there this coming weekend (on different days — not to each other),” the New York Post quoted Democrat Serena Torrey Roosevelt as writing on Facebook.
