Polanski evidence to remain undisclosed

London, May 11 (ANI): Secret evidence given by the original prosecutor in Roman Polanski”s three-decade old illegal sex case will not be disclosed.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge Peter Espinoza turned down a request from the Rosemary”s Baby director”s lawyers to unseal transcripts.

The judge said the material would be made public only if Polanski returned to the US for a hearing and the retired prosecutor, Roger Gunson, was unavailable to give evidence in person.

“We continue to be bogged down in the question of whether he will ever return,” the Daily Express quoted Judge Espinoza, as saying.

Polanski, 76, pleaded guilty in 1977 to having illegal intercourse with a teenaged girl but fled to France before his sentence could be pronounced.

He was arrested last September in Switzerland and currently remains under house arrest at his chalet in the Swiss resort of Gstaad. (ANI)

Unmarried sex more acceptable now for Americans over 45 than 10 yrs ago

New York, May 8 (ANI): A survey has found that Americans over 45 are now more open to the idea of sex outside marriage than they were 10-years ago, but are engaging less often and with less satisfaction.

The survey, based on detailed questionnaires completed last year by 1,670 people aged 45 and over, found that financial stress is to be blamed for the change, reports the New York Daily News.

Similar surveys on sexual attitudes and practices had been conducted in 1999 and 2004, and one of the most pronounced changes over the 10-year span dealt with sex outside of marriage.

In the 1999 survey, 41 percent of the respondents said non-marital sex was wrong. That figure dropped to 22 percent in the new survey.

But sexual activity, marital or not, seems to be less frequent overall for this age group.

In the new survey, 28 percent said they had intercourse at least once a week, and 40 percent at least once a month both categories were down roughly 10 percentage points from 2004.

Asked if they were satisfied with their sex lives, 43 percent in the new survey said yes, down from 51 percent in 2004.

The one intriguing find was that respondents who had a partner but weren’t married had sex more frequently and with more satisfaction than respondents who were married.

Gender differences were pronounced in several responses. Men think about sex and engage it more often than women, and are about twice as likely as women (21 percent versus 11 percent) to admit to sexual activity outside their primary relationship. (ANI)

Polanski”s sex victim cannot call for case”s dismissal

London, April 17 (ANI): Roman Polanski”s illegal sex victim Samantha Geimer has no right to call for the three-decade-old case against the Oscar-winning filmmaker to be dismissed, US prosecutors told a court.

Los Angeles County prosecutors told the California Second District Court of Appeal that a recent constitutional revision did not give victims the right to determine the outcome of criminal cases, reports The Daily Express.

In a filing, they also called upon the appeals court to reject requests by Geimer to have the case transferred to another county and unseal recent testimony by a former prosecutor.

Prosecutors believe granting her request for dismissal would “fundamentally alter the way in which crimes are prosecuted”.

The filing says that if victims were parties to criminal cases, cases could be dropped either through intimidation, coercion or public pressure.

Geimer asked the appeals court to dismiss the case and make the other rulings in March.

She has repeatedly tried to have the case dismissed, saying renewed interest in the case and its media coverage is quite a harrowing experience for her.

Polanski, 76, is accused of having had illegal intercourse with Geimer, when she was 13, in 1977.

The Rosemary”s Baby director pleaded guilty to the charge but fled the US on the eve of his sentencing.

He is currently under house arrest in his chalet in the Swiss luxury resort of Gstaad. (ANI)

Impotent man forced wife to have sex with 50 men

Kuala Lumpur, March 16 (ANI): A 66-year-old man, who was suffering from erectile dysfunction, forced his wife to have sex with more than 50 foreigners in the last four years while he filmed them in the act to satisfy his sexual urges.

The 61-year-old woman claims her retiree husband got men from nearby rubber estates and directed her on the various sexual moves and positions while he filmed it.

She said he would assault her if she refused to fulfil his wishes.

The woman, identified only as Chia, kept mum about her husband’s abuse because she did not want her aged and ill parents to worry about her.

However, when she could no longer bear the “crazy acts” of her husband, she ran away from her home in Sarawak on March 6.

She has now asked the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department chief Datuk Michael Chong for help.

The woman said she married the widower, who was from the same village as her, 12 years ago.

She said: “He treated me well and loved me very much until he had erection problem four years ago.”

According to Chia, since then he asked foreign workers, mostly Indonesians, from nearby rubber estates to have intercourse with her.

In return, he would get these men beer or pay their phone bills.

“He wanted to see me having sex with other men. He would tell me what styles he wanted for that day and record our acts,’’ the Star Online quoted Chia, as saying at a press conference.

She said her husband even wanted her to have sex with multiple partners but she refused.

She revealed: “In the beginning, he only wanted me to do it once a month but eventually, he became very aggressive and got me at least five men a month for the past two years.”

She is currently staying with a friend in the peninsula.

She said: “I am very scared and do not want to go home.’’

She also fears her husband could make the “films” public. (ANI)

Mafia may be behind Berlusconi’s sex scandal, claims coalition partner

London, Sept 12 (ANI): Responding to the sex scandal engulfing Silvio Berlusconi, Umberto Bossi, the key coalition partner in the Italian PM’s government, said he believed Mafia had orchestrated all the dirty activities.

“I think everything has been put in place by the Mafia,” Bossi, the leader of the Northern League, said as he arrived at an event in Pian del Re in the north of the country.

He added: “We have introduced very tough laws against the Mafia.

“I already said to Berlusconi, ‘Look out because the Mafia is involved in that; the Mafia organises prostitution’. I am convinced that the Mafia organised this thing here.”

On Thursday, for the first time, Berlusconi admitted that Giampaolo Tarantini, a businessman, had brought “beautiful women” to his parties but denied that he had ever paid for sex, reports The Times.

In May, Berlusconi’s estranged wife, Veronica Lario, had announced that she wanted a divorce from the premier after accusing him of being “not well” and obsessed with young women.

She was apparently furious over his attendance at the 18th birthday party of an aspiring lingerie model, Noemi Letizia.

Later an escort, Patrizia D’Addario, claimed that she and another prostitute had sexual intercourse with the prime minister at his official residence in Rome following a private party. (ANI)

Women have sex to ‘relieve boredom, pity and to cure a migraine’

London, Sep 7 (ANI): Women indulge in sex not for love and passion, but for various other “unromantic” reasons- including relieving themselves of boredom, out of pity for a man and even to cure a migraine headache-says a new book.

‘Why Women Have Sex’ by Cindy Meston and David Buss has highlighted 200 reasons as to why women have sexual intercourse.

While attraction ranks way down in the list, it seems that women go to bed with their partners as a way of relieving boredom, keeping the peace, curing a headache and even as a thank you for a nice dinner.

“Research has shown that most men find most women at least somewhat sexually attractive, whereas most women do not find most men sexually attractive at all,” the Telegraph quoted the authors, who are both psychology professors at the University of Texas, as saying.

The researchers interviewed 1,006 women as research for the book, and found some very surprising answers.

One revealed that she did it for a spiritual experience, as she thought it to be “the closest thing to God”.

Others listed “cure for stress headache”, “to make my sexual skills better” and “for a clearer complexion”.

However, the majority (84 per cent), admitted that they had sex to ensure a quiet life or to bargain for their partners to carry out household chores.

“I have sex to relieve the boredom.Because it’s easier than fighting. Plus it gives me something to do,” said one of the interviewee.

While another admitted: “I had sex with a couple of guys because I felt sorry for them.”

One of the surveys carried out by the authors revealed that one in ten women admitted having sexual intercourse in return for presents, or lavish meals.

Responses included “he bought me a nice dinner” or “he spent a lot of money on me early on”, “he gave me gifts early on” and “he showed me he had an extravagant lifestyle”. (ANI)

Berlusconi declares himself “Superman”

London, Sept 3 (ANI): Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has declared himself a “Superman”.

While praising his achievements in office and replying back to his critics and estranged wife, Veronica Lario, the 72-year-old said: “I’m not ill.

“You only have to look at what I’ve achieved over the last 15 months in government to see that not only am I not in poor health, I’m Superman.”

In May, Lario had announced that she wanted a divorce from the premier after accusing him of being “not well” and obsessed with young women, reports The Telegraph.

(ANI)

Roman Catholic church issues “sex” prayer for faithful couples!

London, Sept 2 (ANI): Excuse the pillow talk – and move straight to your bed’s side and recite a specially composed prayer before having sex – a prominent Church group has advised Roman Catholic couples.

And the prayer, which appears in the Prayer Book for Spouses, is being encouraged to remind couples that intercourse is a selfless act, not driven by hedonism.

The prayer implores God “to place within us love that truly gives, tenderness that truly unites, self-offering that tells the truth and does not deceive, forgiveness that truly receives, loving physical union that welcomes”, reports The Daily Mail.

The 64-page book, published by the London-based Catholic Truth Society, adds: “Open our hearts to you, to each other and to the goodness of your will.

“Cover our poverty in the richness of your mercy and forgiveness. Clothe us in true dignity and take to yourself our shared aspirations, for your glory, for ever and ever.”

According to the Rt Rev Paul Hendricks, who is the Auxiliary Bishop of Southwark, the prayer’s inclusion was ‘brave but good’.

“I suppose it is a bit idealistic but it is recognising that God is at the heart of the marriage relationship between husband and wife,” he said.

“It is important for the Church to affirm the value of marriage and family life and I suppose this is a particular way of doing that.

“Perhaps it is something that has not been tried, certainly for a while – I can’t remember seeing something like that before,” he added.

The book contains prayers for every stage of marriage and family life. (ANI)

The Bible’s ‘bad side’ – sexism, genocide

London, Sept 1 (ANI): Readers of a Christian website have identified biblical verses purportedly backing sexism, genocide and the slaughter of sorceresses as the holy book’s least endearing parts.

The survey lists the ten verses people would rather had been left out of the Bible in an attempt to show the dangers of quoting scripture selectively.

The online study was conducted by shipoffools.com, a humorous online magazine, reports The Times.

After receiving more than 1,000 responses, St Paul’s advice about whether women are allowed to teach men in church came top of the “Worst Verse” poll.

In 1 Timothy ii, 12, St Paul is quoted thus: “I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.”

Some conservative Christians have used the verse to justify opposition to women priests.

In second place is the order by Samuel, one of the early leaders of the Israelites, for his people to commit genocide: “This is what the Lord Almighty says … ‘Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destruction all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’” (1 Samuel xv, 3).

Moses’s indictment of witchcraft, in Exodus xxii, 18 came third: “Do not allow a sorceress to live.” Other disliked verses include Psalm 137, which features a line that is rarely spoken in church: “Happy is he who repays you for what you have done to us / He who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks.”

Another set of verses features in Judges xix, 20-25, when a man is trapped in his house by a hostile crowd and sends out his concubine to placate them. She is raped “throughout the night” and eventually returns to the house to collapse in the doorway. His response is simply to tell her to get up. “But there was no answer. Then the man put her on his donkey and set out for home.”

St Paul’s condemnation of homosexuality in Romans i, 27 is highlighted: “In the same way also the men, giving up natural intercourse with women, were consumed with passion for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in their own persons the due penalty for their error.”

Other inclusions are: stories of parents, such as Abraham, undertaking to sacrifice their children in the name of God, along with the endorsement of female subservience in Ephesians v, 22 which states, “Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord,” and questionable advice to slaves in 1 Peter ii, 18: “Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the cruel.”

Simon Jenkins, editor of shipoffools.com, said: “It doesn’t have to be a textbook of infallible information and unbreakable laws to be God’s book. And it doesn’t have to be one big pile of lies because of its dodgy bits. In Chapter and Worse we are attempting to rescue it from rival takeover bids.” (ANI)

Female fruit flies prefer keeping sex short to get a reproductive boost

Washington, August 22 (ANI): A new study has shown that female fruit flies prefer keeping sex short and sweet because they get a reproductive boost from shorter intercourse.

Since males like sex to last longer, a fight ensues.

“After about a minute and a half (of mating), the female begins kicking and struggling,” National Geographic News quoted Kirsten Klappert, of the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology, as having written in the study report.

The researcher notes that when mating lasts longer, female flies have less time to mate again with a different male, if they do so at all.

Although that is good for males flies, as it means that their sperm have less competition, it can be disastrous for females.

“Many male Drosophila montana are infertile, so if you only mate with one you have a high risk of no offspring at all,” Klappert said.

During the study, Klappert’s team paired live males with dead females to see how much control female flies have over mating length.

The dead insects were propped up to convince the males that they were still alive, and ready for sex, said the researchers.

The team observed that male flies’ sex with the dead insects lasted 1.5 times longer than it did with live females.

This finding does attain significance because scientists at other institutions believe that humans can relate to the female fruit fly’s desires.

Rhonda Snook, a senior lecturer at the University of Sheffield in England who studies sexual selection and reproductive behaviour in fruit flies, said: “I don’t know you could say human females want longer copulation, per se. It’s really the foreplay, not the actual act of copulation. In the insects, prior to that, there’s courtship going on, and that’s like foreplay in humans.”

A research article describing Klappert’s study has been published in the journal BMC Evolutionary Biology. (ANI)

Quick, accurate way of diagnosing endometriosis developed

Washington, Aug 19 (ANI): Researchers from Australia, Jordan and Belgium have developed a quick and accurate test for endometriosis that does not require surgery.

Endometriosis, which has been estimated to affect 10-15 percent of women of reproductive age, is a chronic gynaecological disease in which cells from the endometrium establish themselves outside the uterus, within a woman’s pelvic area.

Symptoms associated with it include infertility, painful periods, pelvic pain and pain during sexual intercourse.

So far, there has been no way of accurately diagnosing endometriosis apart from laparoscopy – an invasive surgical procedure – and this often leads to women waiting for years in pain and discomfort before their condition is identified correctly and treated.

Now, researchers at the University of Sydney and Mu’tah University in Karak, Jordan, have found that if they take a small sample of the endometrium (the lining of the uterus), which can be done by inserting the device for taking the biopsy via the vagina, and then test for the presence of nerve fibres in the sample, they can diagnose whether or not endometriosis is present with nearly 100 percent accuracy.

The new research has been published online in Europe’s leading reproductive medicine journal Human Reproduction. (ANI)

Low-income kids having sex as young as 12

Washington, Aug 18 (ANI): A new US study has revealed that low income kids are likely to experience their first sexual intercourse at the tender age of 12.

The research involving 1,000 low-income families showed that one in four children between the ages of 11 and 16 reported having sex, with their first sexual intercourse experience occurring at the average age of 12.77.

“So if 12 years was the average age here, that meant that some kids were starting at 10 or younger,” said Brenda Lohman, an Iowa State University associate professor of human development and family studies (HDFS).

“A handful of kids reported having sex as early as 8 or 9. We know from our follow-up interviews that one boy who reported having sexual intercourse for the first time at age nine had fathered four children by the time he was 18.

“Those people who say that kids don’t have sex at that young of age should think again,” the expert added.

The findings also revealed that more boys reported their first sexual intercourse at younger ages than girls.

The boys also had nearly 10 percent higher frequency of intercourse than girls.

“Definitely the age is the most shocking thing about this study,” she added.

The study appears online in the Children and Youth Services Review. (ANI)

Decriminalise homosexuality says Delhi High Court

New Delhi July 02 (ANI): In a landmark judgement the Delhi High Court today decriminalised homosexuality.

A two-judge bench comprising Chief Justice A P Shah, and Justice S Muralidahr said the criminalisation of gay sex among consenting adults is a violation of fundamental rights.

The verdict is the first of its kind by an Indian court on a 19th century law that treats homosexuality as a criminal offence.

Since the 1980s, courts in countries such as Britain, Australia, South Africa and the US have struck down similar laws that made same-sex activity a crime.

Quashing Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) the high court said any kind of discrimination is the anti-thesis to the right to equality.

Chief Justice Shah and Justice Muralidhar had earlier reserved their order on November 7 last year after marathon proceedings in which the government had vociferously opposed the scrapping of Section 377 which prescribes punishment upto life imprisonment for indulging in unnatural sexual acts.

The petitioners, including the voluntary Naz Foundation, pleaded that the criminal provision against homosexual behaviour should be scrapped.

The Home and Health ministries however maintained different views.

The home ministry wants the petition to be dismissed, while the health ministry supported the contention that Section 377 criminalize homosexuality per se, and was obstructing HIV/AIDS prevention efforts among high-risk groups.

Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) says an individual who “voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal” shall be imprisoned for life or for a term exceeding 10 years and be liable to pay a fine. (ANI)

Daily sex ‘helps improve sperm quality’

Washington, July 1 (ANI): Having sex every day improves men’s sperm quality, an Australian study has revealed.

In a study of men with fertility problems, researchers found that daily ejaculation for a week cut the amount of DNA damage seen in sperm samples.

“All that we knew was that intercourse on the day of ovulation offered the highest chance of pregnancy, but we did not know what was the best advice for the period leading up to ovulation or egg retrieval for IVF,” Dr David Greening, an obstetrician and gynaecologist with sub specialist training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Sydney IVF, Wollongong, Australia, said.

“I thought that frequent ejaculation might be a physiological mechanism to improve sperm DNA damage, while maintaining semen levels within the normal, fertile range,” he added.

To investigate this hypothesis, Greening studied 118 men who had higher than normal sperm DNA damage as indicated by a DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI).

Men who had a more than 15 percent of their sperm damaged were eligible for the trial. At Sydney IVF, sperm DNA damage is defined as less than 15 percent DFI for excellent quality sperm, 15-24 percent DFI for good, 25-29 percent DFI for fair and more than 29 percent DFI for poor quality; but other laboratories can have slightly different ranges.

The men were instructed to ejaculate daily for seven days, and no other treatment or lifestyle changes were suggested. Before they started, levels of DNA damage ranged between 15 percent and 98 percent DFI, with an average 34 percent DFI when measured after three days’ abstinence.

When the men’s sperm was re-assessed on the seventh day, Greening found that 81 percent men had an average 12 percent decrease in their sperm DNA damage, while 19 percent men and an average increase in damage of nearly 10 percent. The average for the whole group dropped to 26 percent DFI.

“Although the mean average was 26 percent which is in the ‘fair’ range for sperm quality, this included 18 percent of men whose sperm DNA damage increased as well as those whose DNA damage decreased,” Greening said.

“Amongst the men whose damage decreased, their average dropped by 12 percent to just under 23 percent DFI, which puts them in the ‘good’ range.

Also, more men moved into the ‘good’ range and out of the ‘poor’ or ‘fair’ range. These changes were substantial and statistically highly significant.

“In addition, we found that although frequent ejaculation decreased semen volume and sperm concentrations, it did not compromise sperm motility and, in fact, this rose slightly but significantly.

“Further research is required to see whether the improvement in these men’s sperm quality translates into better pregnancy rates, but other, previous studies have shown the relationship between sperm DNA damage and pregnancy rates,” he added.

Greening said he thought the reason why sperm quality improved with frequent ejaculation was because the sperm had a shorter exposure in the testicular ducts and epididymis to reactive oxygen species – very small molecules, high levels of which can damage cells.

“The remainder of the men who had an increase in DFI might have a different explanation for their sperm DNA damage,” he said.

The study has been presented at the 25th annual meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Amsterdam. (ANI)

“Bollywood supports gay rights,” says Celina Jaitley

Mumbai, June 29(ANI): Bollywood actress and gay rights activist Celina Jaitley has said on Monday that Bollywood industry is in favour of the amendment of the controversial Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which terms homosexuality as a criminal offence.

Jaitley also said that many people from Bollywood and elsewhere in the country would come out openly if the Union Government repeals the Section 377 of IPC.

“Bollywood is very supportive and the day this article (section) is repealed, I am sure many people will come out openly in support of that and there are a lot of people in our industry who are from the sexual minority and they have given a lot to our industry,” said Celina Jaitley.

She further said that the people generally do not support the cause openly since there is no prevailing law to protect them.

“If the Article (Section) 377 is amended, then many people will come out in support. How would people come out in support of the activity, which doesn’t have the support of the law? Who will protect the people? I don’t blame anyone for not supporting. People fear to support such an act, when there is no law to protect them,” Celina Jaitley added.

The Union Home Ministry had earlier argued before the High Court that homosexuality is not accepted by Indian society and repealing Section 377 from the IPC would encourage more anti-social activities.

Section 377 of the IPC criminalises ‘carnal intercourse’ against the order of nature. (ANI)

Morgan Freeman had an affair with step-granddaughter?

Washington, June 19 (ANI): In a rather shocking revelation, it has emerged that Morgan Freeman allegedly had a decade-long affair with his step-granddaughter E’Dena Hines.

The 72-year-old actor has been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with wife of 25 years, Myrna Colley-Lee.

And it was Myrna and Morgan who raised E’Dena Hines-the granddaughter of Morgan’s first wife, Jeanette Adair Bradshaw.

“Myrna said E’dena told her that when she was a teenager, she and Morgan went to dinner at a friend’s house one evening. Both had been drinking and when they returned home Morgan attempted to have sex with her. They stopped just short of having intercourse,” The Los Angeles Times quoted a close family insider as telling The Enquirer.

Although Myrna confronted Morgan about the incident, but the clandestine romance continued and escalated.

In fact, E’Dena has been Morgan’s escort to several Hollywood events, including the premiere of ‘The Dark Knight’.

Freeman’s representatives refused to comment, and sent an e-mail, saying: “No comment on anything in The Enquirer.” (ANI)

‘Pullout method’ nearly as effective as using condoms: Study

Washington, May 29 (ANI): A new study has indicated that the old “pullout method”, pulling out just before ejaculation, works nearly as well as condoms in preventing pregnancies.

The study, titled “Better than nothing or savvy risk reduction practice? The importance of withdrawal,” appears in the June edition of the journal Contraception, reports CBS News. he authors find:

“If the male partner withdraws before ejaculation every time a couple has vaginal intercourse, about 4 percent of couples will become pregnant over the course of a year. However, more realistic estimates of typical use indicate that about 18 percent of couples will become pregnant in a year using withdrawal.

“These rates are only slightly less effective than male condoms, which have perfect- and typical-use failure rates of 2 percent and 17 percent, respectively.” (ANI)

Six facts about the female orgasm revealed by modern science

London, May 29 (ANI): While female orgasm has been the subject of so many myths and folk beliefs, scientists are trying their best to know more about the mystery behind the phenomenon.

And now, after some intense field research, a team of experts have uncovered six facts about the female orgasm, as revealed by modern science, reports New Scientist magazine.

The six facts are as follows:

The G spot is real

The G spot is a small region in the vagina that, if stimulated, can produce wildly intense orgasms – or so goes the popular claim. But, since decades, strong evidence for the region’s existence was harder to find than the spot itself.

However, in 2008, an Italian research team solved the mystery after they found anatomical differences between women who could have G-spot orgasms and women who couldn’t. And since then, researchers have since begun teaching women with G spots how to put them to use.

The brain switches off

It’s folk wisdom that people can’t think straight when they have sex on their minds, and a brain scanning study showed that many areas of women’s brains were deactivated during orgasm, including those involved in emotion.

Many women can’t have orgasms

According to a 1999 survey, around 43 per cent of women in the US have some sort of problem with their sex lives.

Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) is so common that the very idea that it is a medical disorder has come under attack and thus efforts to develop drugs to treat it are underway.

Genes affect orgasm frequency

According to the first genetic study of the female orgasm, up to 45 per cent of the variation in women’s ability to have them could be down to genes.

Many women never have orgasms during intercourse, and some also cannot have them through masturbation. Some of this may be down to external factors like upbringing, but the study showed the genetic factor is significant.

Technology can help

Perhaps the most extreme solution for sexual dysfunction among women is the so-called “orgasmatron”-an implant inserted into the spinal cord, which stimulates the user when switched on via a remote control.

Despite an initial struggle to find subjects for clinical testing, the device is now in development.

Some mystery remains

The female orgasm is a puzzle for evolutionary biologists. It is unclear why women should have orgasms at all, and it is particularly baffling that so many women should be unable to have orgasms during penetrative sex, but able to have them by masturbation.

According to researcher Elisabeth Lloyd, this implies that female orgasms are an evolutionary accident. Like male nipples, they persist simply because there is no good reason to get rid of them. (ANI)

The ‘orgy island’ in Malaysia that wants you to bare all under the moonlight!

Kuala Lumpur, May 19 (ANI): A couple, who is believed to have arranged a sex orgy party on Pulau Perhentian, have been fined 25,000RM under the Entertainment Act 2002 for organising a party without permit.

According to reports, the wild party was going on full swing before Besut District Council (MDB) enforcement officers moved in on the revellers.

It was the second time that such a party had been held on the island. The first party, themed ‘Buffalo Bars Pink Lady’, was organised on May 3.

The party that took place on May 10 was themed ‘Come bare under the moonlight’. It left council officer Razman Ahmad, who led the team, startled to find condoms strewn on the secluded beachfront where the party was held.

“I can’t disclose more facts as the council has lodged a police report on the matter, but I can tell you that there were activities associated with sexual intercourse on that night and this was substantiated by the discovery of sex paraphernalia,” Star Online quoted Ahmad as saying.

Though he has declined to give any details on whether he witnessed the revellers having sex when council officials arrived at the scene, investigations have shown that the organiser was a 31-year-old man from Kedah who arranged the party with his girlfriend from Ireland.

The lady in question is under police investigation for organising similar parties, including in Langkawi and Port Dickson, and also for being the one responsible for posting the invitation on her Facebook.

Ahmad added that the scantily-clad teenagers, some of them foreigners, were intoxicated when his team arrived at 1am in two speedboats, and after he decided to call his superior to brief him on the situation, the police were informed and 15 officers arrived at the scene.

The officers seized alcoholic drinks worth about 90,000 RM, loudspeakers, audio equipment, psychotropic pills, drug and sex paraphernalia during the raid on the party attended by 200 teenagers, who were invited via Facebook.

Of the first party, council president Wan Mustafa Wan Hassan said that the officers were unable to reach the site on time as they received the tip-off late. (ANI)
