Becks ‘sent X-rated sex-texts to Rebecca Loos’

London, Mar 22 (ANI): David Beckham’s alleged fling with Rebecca Loos has come back to haunt him—the footballer had sent X-rated text messages to his hot personal assistant just like the ones Tiger Woods sent his porn star mistress, it has been claimed.

On Friday, some of the graphic text messages sent by Tiger, 34, to one of his lovers – porn actress Joslyn James, 32, were made public.

And the revelations prompted chat show host Piers Morgan, 44, who is Rebecca Loos’ second cousin, to liken the texts to the ones sent by the former England football captain.

“I had to laugh when I heard Tiger Woods is making his comeback at the Masters,” the Daily Star quoted Morgan as saying.

“Only an egotist of quite staggering proportions could pull a stunt like this. Like David Beckham, Woods is only interested in one thing – himself.

“In his hilarious X-rated texts to his Vegas porn star stripper, which bore a striking resemblance to the ones Beckham sent my cousin, Rebecca Loos, a few years ago, Tiger talks of wishing to ‘choke’ his mistress.

“I suspect this is exactly what his professional colleagues feel like doing to him now he’s decided to turn the greatest, most important, event in world golf into a one-man media circus,” he added.

Rebecca Loos, 33, last year gave birth to a boy called Magnus and is dating a Norwegian doctor. (ANI)

Passport refused to footballer due tohis father’s link with militants

Srinagar, Sep 16 (ANI): The regional passport authorities of Jammu and Kashmir have denied passport to a Kashmiri youth, sighting the reason of his father’s involvement with militants in the valley.

A Nineteen-year -old youth, Basharat Bashir, was all set to fly to Spain for the soccer training, but the news of denial of passport has crushed his dreams.

“They were (passport authorities) only telling me that your case has not been recommended by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and FRO from police. I know they have denied me to give the passport because my father was a militant,” said Ahmad.

Bashir was among the 11 players selected by International Sports Academy Trust (ISAT) for training in Spain, but was dropped at the last moment because of non availablitiy of passport.

When contacted, the passport office authorities refused to talk about it.

Former Indian football captain Abdul Majeed Kakroo said it was injustice to Bashir and demanded the intervention of state Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the matter.

“His father was into wrong things but now he has improved. Now, why should his son suffer for that? Why should he be denied the passport, and hurdles put in his way? On behalf of all the football players I would request the chief minister to help him,” Kakroo said.

Bashir also said that he was a year-and-a-half old when his father was arrested and was later released.

“He had become militant even before my birth,” Bashir said. By Parvez Butt (ANI)

Zidane rates Gerrard as world’s best soccer player

London, Mar.13 (ANI): Former French football captain Zinedine Zidane has called England’s Steven Gerrard the best player in the world and the ‘heartbeat’ of the Liverpool team.

“Is he the best in the world? He might not get the attention of Messi and Ronaldo but yes, I think he just might be. If you don’t have a player like Steven Gerrard, who is the engine room, it can affect the whole team,” The Sun quoted Zidane, as saying.

“When we were winning league titles and European Cups at Real, I always said Claude Makelele was our most important player. There is no way myself, Figo or Raul would have been able to do what we did without Claude and the same goes for Liverpool and Gerrard,” he added.

“No team will be successful without a heartbeat and you can see Gerrard is that heartbeat. He has great passing ability, can tackle and scores goals, but most importantly he gives the players around him confidence and belief. You can’t learn that – players like him are just born with that presence,” he said. (ANI)
