Fox said that she wouldn”t hold back if she would discover who released the snaps.

“If I knew who took this picture, I would personally cause them harm – physical harm. I”m not a f**king reality TV star that”s courting the paparazzi and wants my f**king picture taken all the time,” Fox told Allure magazine.

German brewery wins right to market ‘F**king’ beer!

London, Mar 30 (ANI): A German firm has been granted the right to market a beer named after the Austrian village of F**king.

The brand ”F**king Hell beer” was initially rejected by the European Patent Office, citing the swear word.

However, the brewery proved that a village called F**king actually existed, and won the right to market the brand, reports The Sun.

Brewery spokesman Stefan Fellenberg said: “In German the word for a lager beer is a Helles Beer, so we have also patented the name F**king Hell, which means lager from F**king of course.

“I don”t understand why the patents office think of something else. They must have dirty minds.”

Stefan added that if F**king Hell beer was a success they planned to open similar small breweries in the neighbouring German towns of Kissing, Petting, W**k and Piss.

The village of F**king, to the north of Salzburg, is close to the German border.

The name is believed to come from a sixth century noble called Lord Focko, with ”ing” being old German for ”family of”. The German pronunciation is different from the English.

Mayor Meindl added: “I am looking forward to getting the first-crate. Until then I”m reserving judgement. But maybe it could be good for local industry.”

Last year Mayor Meindl said: “It is just the usual spelling of the word. I”m sure I could find many town names in Britain or somewhere else which sound funny when pronounced in German.

“There is nothing funny in the name to us. If other people laugh about it, there is nothing we can do.

“But we pronounce it differently in our dialect and it was never funny in any way.” (ANI)

Director Gilliam relieved he was rejected by ‘Harry Potter’ producers

Washington, September 8 (ANI): Terry Gilliam is relieved that he failed to become the director of the first ‘Harry Potter’ movie, for he would hate to work in a film “factory”.

He was author J. K. Rowling’s first choice to direct ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ in 2000.

However, Warner Bros. studios snubbed him, and decided to go with Chris Columbus.

Gilliam was so infuriated by the then studio bosses’ decision that he denounced Columbus’ work as “terrible” and “pedestrian”.

However, the former ‘Monty Python’ legend is now relieved that he was overlooked, as he insists that he could not have handled studio bosses meddling with his work over revenue fears.

“That was one of my lucky moments. I would have gone crazy. It’s a f**king factory, working on Harry Potter. It is. The studios are staking everything on the success of those movies,” Contactmusic quoted him as having told Total Film magazine.

“It was way too expensive.Too much at stake. So they (studio bosses) interfere. It’s about serving something higher than yourself. It’s the film. The film is God and I’m worshipping… while I’m making it I become a zealot.

Basically, I’m a like a suicide bomber when it comes to my films!” he added. (ANI)

Ledger’s split from Michelle Williams ‘made him snap’, says Terry Gilliam

Melbourne, July 1 (ANI): Heath Ledger’s split from Michelle Williams and legal dispute over his daughter Matilda contributed to his unstable and sleepless state in the weeks before he died of an accidental prescription-drug overdose, according to the actor’s pal and mentor Terry Gilliam.

Gilliam was directing Ledger in ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’.

The filmmaker told Vanity Fair that the wrangles over financial settlement and custody of his daughter “really made Heath snap.”

“He really thought he could do the right thing. He was trying to be decent and graceful, give her (Williams) whatever she wanted – the house, every f**king thing. But once it started going south, it went very quickly. He was overwhelmed by lawyers, and there were more and more of them, as if they were breeding,” the Australian quoted Gilliam as saying.

Gilliam said that the ordeal drove Ledger to work harder, to distract himself from his personal worries.

‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’ cinematographer Nicola Pecorini said that Ledger was a regular pot smoker.

However, when it became a problem he “went clean as a whistle,” Pecorini told Vanity. He also stopped drinking.

The Oscar-winning actor’s voice coach Gerry Grennell told the magazine: “Heath would happily go to the bar, buy a round of drinks for friends, and come back and have a soda or juice, never once drinking alcohol.”

“Everyone has a different view of how he passed away. From my perspective, and knowing him as well as I did, and being around him as much as I was, it was a combination of exhaustion, sleeping medication … and perhaps the after effects of the flu. I guess his body just stopped breathing,” Grennell added. (ANI)

“I have a job, I know my responsibility and I’m always trying to take it to the next level.

“People had a bet on my head that I’d have to dip out because I wouldn’t be able to handle all of it.

“I went and played every show, then I sold out a 50-city, around-the-world tour, which is awesome – and most of these b**ches just hawk breath mints or shoes. No offence to them, but maybe I’ll hawk shoes later in life,” she added. (ANI)

Kate Winslet extends sympathy for young actresses

Washington, May 1 (ANI): Kate Winslet considers herself lucky to have found fame in the 1990s, because she thinks today’s young actresses are at the centre of more intense media attention than she ever was.

However, the British beauty “bounced back” from the criticisms and learned to love her figure, but has admitted that the unwanted attention was “f**king hard” for her.
And now, the 33-year-old actress pities new girls taking their first steps in Hollywood, because she thinks they face even more judgement about their looks and their personal lives.

“It’s really, really tough. It’s like, ‘She’s fat, she’s thin, she’s married, she’s divorced.’ I had all that and bouncing back is f**king hard,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Marie Claire magazine.

She added: “I’m really, really happy I’m not a younger actor or actress working now because they have to run before they can walk.” (ANI)

“We’re shooting and this person got annoyed at people talking while we’re shooting. He yells, ‘Shut the f**k up. What the f**k is wrong with you people? London, Feb 13 (ANI): Puerto Rican actor turned rapper Joaquin Phoenix was left annoyed after his meeting with talk show host David Letterman, who kept on asking him about his new looks and career.

Letterman grilled Phoenix, who had on dark glasses and chewed gum as he promoted his movie Two Lovers, about the facial beard and his new career on the Letterman’s Late Show on February 11.

But he did not get any response from the actor, who was uncooperative and kept on mumbling one-word answers, and who got annoyed after the audience began to laugh when the topic turned to his musical career. Is this a joke? What (drug) do you have them on? What do you gas them up with?” the Daily Star quoted Phoenix as saying.

And when the house bandleader Paul Shaffer laughed at the pair’s awkward exchange, Phoenix got angry with him too.

“Are you f**king kidding? Are you serious with the maniacal laughter?” the actor/rapper asked Shaffer.

Lily Allen yells profanities during online album launch party

Washington, February 12 (ANI): British singer-songwriter Lily Allen’s fans were left stunned upon hearing her yelling profanities from the stage, and talking candidly about oral sex, when she launched her new album with an Internet gig in New York on Tuesday.

She was promoting the album titled It’s Not Me, It’s You at the Bowery Ballroom as part of MySpace.com’s Secret Show series.

Noel Gallagher says he’s an average guitarist

London, Jan 29 (ANI): Oasis lead guitarist Noel Gallagher has confessed that he is just an average guitarist and is nothing compared to maestros of guitar playing like Johnny Marr and Paul Weller.

The ‘Wonderwall’ hitmaker, who has sold more than 60 million albums, feels he is not yet an accomplished guitarist like Marr and Weller.

“It facilitates what I do in Oasis, know what I mean? I’m unfortunate enough that two of my best mates are Johnny Marr of The Smiths and Paul Weller. Those two are virtuosos to me, although neither of them would admit it. On the electric guitar they’re it. So if you’re asking me how do I compare to those two – and I like to compare myself to the greats – I’m average at f**king best”,” the Daily Express quoted Noel, as telling Total Guitar magazine.

And former The Jam frontman Weller agrees with his close friend’s assessment, telling the magazine, “Bless him, but his playing is rudimentary. But Noel doesn’t pretend to be a guitar god. He’s very good at putting chords together and he’s got a distinctive style in terms of his chord sequences and his rhythm playing. It’s recognisable, I suppose.” (ANI)
