Taylor Swift doesn’t regret airing break-up from Joe Jonas

Washington, Apr 2 (ANI): American country-pop singer Taylor Swift has revealed that she has no regrets about revealing her break-up with Jonas Brothers star Joe to the public.

Jonas, 19, had ended his relationship with Swift, 19, last year, with a 25-second phone call.

Swift in turn wrote about her heartache in the song ‘Forever and Always’, and insists that she would keep on writing personal tunes.

“Writing songs about people is the only way I know how to do things. I mean, I can’t wish I hadn’t written a song about someone, because if I hadn’t, that song wouldn’t exist,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Seventeen magazine.

“I just don’t find any joy in writing about things I haven’t been through.

“Right now, my favourite thing to write about is love. And break-ups. And boys. And feelings,” she added. (ANI)

Taylor Swift hates people picturing her naked

Washington, March 18 (ANI): Taylor Swift will do whatever she can to prevent people from picturing her naked.

The country-pop singer, who faced the dump after Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas put an end to their relationship in a 25-second phone call, says that she hates it when her sexuality becomes a subject for public chatter.

“It’s fine to talk about love publicly,” Fox News quoted her as telling Allure magazine.

“But I think when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked.

“And as much as I can prevent people picturing me naked, I’m going to,” she added. (ANI)

Taylor Swift is on a ‘nice man’ hunt

Washington, February 16 (ANI): Taylor Swift is on the look out for a nice man even if he is without celebrity flashlights.

The country-pop singer, who faced the dump after Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas put an end to their relationship in a 25-second phone call, took the blame for her previous “bad choices”, and was ready to move on.

“I just want to date a nice person, even if he’s a waiter in London,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“I don’t have a rule against dating celebrities, my parents and management have never put me in a cage to stop me making bad decisions.

“It’s always been my choice, the blame falls on me. So if I mess up, I have to deal with the consequences myself,” she added. (ANI)

Carrie Underwood was ‘scared’ to meet Prince

Washington, Feb 10 (ANI): Even though American country pop singer Carrie Underwood has made a name for herself in the music world, she revealed that she was too scared to approach Prince.

Underwood spotted Prince at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy party, which had taken place on February 7, but was too intimidated by him to go up and meet him.

“I wanted to meet Prince, but I was scared,” Fox News quoted Underwood as saying.

“You don’t just walk up to Prince and say hello,” she added.

And even though the “American Idol” alum has won almost every award she’s been up for at every awards show in recent times, she still has no expectation to win at the Grammy. (ANI)
