London, Sept 2 (ANI): Footie Wayne Rooney’s wife, Coleen, is pregnant with the couple’s first baby due next month, and says her hormones are making her “more narky”.

Rooney wants a large family but his 23-year-old wife certainly knows when to step on the brake pedal.

The Mirror quoted her as saying: “Wayne would probably have another one straight away but it’s not him having it!

“I’ll wait until I have the first before we decide.”

She told OK! magazine: “At the end you just get a bit fed up and because you’re getting bigger you can’t wait to meet the baby.” (ANI)

Coleen Rooney wants to give birth naturally

London, May 14 (ANI): Mum-to-be Coleen Rooney wants nature to take its course when the time is right for her baby to enter the world.

The 23-year-old, who is expecting her first baby with Manchester United striker Wayne, was previously reported to be thinking of having a caesarean.

But the WAG revealed she wanted it to happen the natural way.

“I’m planning on a natural birth if all goes well, so therefore the baby will arrive when it’s ready,” the Daily star quoted her as telling OK! magazine.

Coleen, who tied the knot with the footie ace in June last year, is four months pregnant and the couple’s baby is due in October. (ANI)

Brangelina are Most Powerful Celebrity Couple on the Planet

London, May 9 (ANI): Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are the most powerful celebrity couple on the planet, according to a new study.

The Hollywood’s star pair scored a perfect 30 on 30 on a test that used a formula to work out how much stronger they are together than they would be individually.

The A-listers pipped David and Victoria Bechkam, who scored 25 on the test, to land the crown, reports The Telegraph.

The formula measures factors such as current and future earning power, public profile, career to date and predicted time left on the centre stage as a celebrity couple.

The list has been compiled by heartburn and indigestion brand Gaviscon Double Action.

TV presenting pair Vernon Kay and Tess Daly hugged the bottom of the list after scoring two points out of 30.

Psychotherapist Paula Hall was commissioned to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of celebrity couples using a Power of Two formula to see how well they work as a power couple.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reached a respectable 18.3 for their joint success as a Hollywood golden couple.

Others in this category include, rapper Jay-Z and partner Beyonce Knowles who have a Power of Two score of 17.5 and actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith who score 15.5.

London, Apr 12 (ANI): Chic Ugg-style boots increase the risk of ankle sprains and bad posture, experts have warned.

The soft structure and heel-less sole create a breeding ground for fungi that cause foot infections, according to health researchers.

The boots are often spotted on the sexy legs of Katie Price and Coleen Rooney who like their soft sheepskin interior.

And the cherry on the icing is that, their woollen or sheepskin exteriors go with anything from skinny jeans to dresses, reports The Sun.

However, podiatrist Linda Hawkins, of Lee, South London, said: “Sheepskin boots, like other footwear without heel and sole support, are only suitable for short-term wear.

“Use all day leads to the boot structure breaking down, increasing the risk of a twisted ankle.”

Pharmacist Hasan Ukra, who works in the flagship Boots store in Londons Oxford Street, said: “Wearing these kind of boots could increase the risk of fungal infections due to the moist environment created.

“And I’ve seen a marked rise in ankle sprains due to the soft and comfortable nature of the boots.” (ANI)

London, April 8 (ANI): Wayne and Coleen Rooney’s unborn baby is already worth 5 million pounds, it has emerged.

Coleen, who tied the knot with the Manchester United striker in June last year, recently confirmed that she was pregnant and that the pair’s first baby was due in October.

“We feel incredibly lucky and happy,” the Daily Star quoted the 23-year-old as saying.

Newspapers and magazines were said to be making multi-million pound offers to cover the baby’s first pictures, with some ready to hand out 2 million pound cheques instantly, as per reports.

Coleen has reportedly been offered a million-pound-deal to pose for a maternity line while publishers are allegedly ready to put forward 1.6 million pounds for two books.

Meanwhile, the mum-to-be is excited about starting her family life and has no doubts her football ace hubby would make a great dad.

London, April 8 (ANI): Coleen Rooney has confirmed that she’s pregnant and is sure her football ace hubby Wayne would make a great dad.

The 23-year-old, who tied the knot with the Manchester United striker in June last year, revealed the couple’s first baby was due in October.

“It’s true, I’m pregnant. It’s the most brilliant news and, along with marrying Wayne, the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” the Sun quoted her as saying.

“Wayne is over the moon and so excited and I just know he’ll be a great dad. It’s something we both wanted and we feel incredibly lucky and happy. The baby is due in October.

“Pregnancy is a miracle, but it’s still the early stages. I want to be able to keep as quiet and calm as possible.

“We have no idea whether our baby will be a boy or a girl and we really don’t mind as long as he or she is healthy and grows up happy,” she added.

The TV presenter further added that the pair might even consider adoption after having their own brood first.

She said: “Adoption does appeal to me because my little sister was adopted, but I think we’d like a family of our own first.” (ANI)

London, Apr 1 (ANI): Footballer Wayne Rooney’s wife Coleen has blasted reports suggesting that she’s pregnant.

A statement on her behalf said that the postings on Twitter purporting to be from her and confirming pregnancy rumours are fake, reports Sky News.

Apparently, it was being believed that Rooney and her footballer husband were expecting their first child, which were not confirmed or denied.

However, a statement on Rooney’s behalf said: “Coleen Rooney does not use Twitter and has not confirmed on it any rumours of her pregnancy.”

Over the weekend, reports had emerged that the wife of the England and Manchester United star is three months pregnant. (ANI)

Coleen 22, and husband Wayne are said to be “absolutely thrilled”.

The baby is due at the end of September and so far they have only told family and close pals.

London, January 22 (ANI): Coleen Rooney has apparently taken her ‘stressed’ family for a Barbados break in a bid to cheer them up.

Footballer Wayne’s better half was said to be with mum Colette, dad Tony, and brother Joe, at the posh Sandy Lane resort while her England striker hubby remained at home.

The family was claimed to be troubled after Coleen’s brother Anthony faced questions over an alleged assault along with Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.

“Coleen saw how stressed out the whole family was that Anthony had become caught up in a very serious police matter,” the Sun quoted a friend as saying.

Footballers, WAGs warned over carjackings

London, Jan 11 (ANI): Top footballers and their WAGs have been asked to take extra security measures after a series of carjackings.

Players from Manchester United and other Northwest clubs Police have been told to stay alert after a series of top-of-the-range cars were targeted.

The attacks took place in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Handforth Dean, Cheshire, which are deep in ‘footballers’ wives’ territory.

In the latest attack, the fifth in less than a month, a man of 42 was punched in the mouth and dragged from his 4×4 by a gang who made off with his 25,000-pound car.

The theft occurred just yards from where Coleen Rooney, wife of England football star Wayne Rooney, regularly goes for tanning and beauty treatments in Wilmslow.

Just three days earlier, a terrified female motorist was forced to hand over her car keys after two masked men attacked her with a baseball bat while she was still in her car.

The incidents may be linked to two earlier carjackings at Handforth Dean, close to where many celebrities do their shopping, say the police.

Wilmslow police have issued fresh warnings to drivers of expensive, high-powered cars to be careful when out late at night.

“These are clearly the same people committing these crimes and we would like any witnesses or anyone who knows anything about the carjackings to come forward,” the Daily Star quoted Det Sgt Iain Madden, as saying.

“We also want motorists to do all they can to help prevent this happening by being vigilant and staying in well-lit, populated areas,” Madden added. (ANI)
