Cheryl Cole voted world”s sexiest woman for second year running

London, Apr 29 (ANI): Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has been named the world”s sexiest woman for the second year in row.

The X Factor judge, estimated to be worth 10 million pounds, has left behind the likes of Transformers star Megan Fox and underwear model Marissa Miller.

The singer is the first Brit to top the FHM”s 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll.

Cole split from footballer husband Ashley earlier this year after stories about his alleged affairs surfaced and saucy photos of him taken on his mobile phone were sent to other women.

Fox was ranked runner-up for a second year, with Victoria”s Secret model Miller in third spot.

Chart star Frankie Sandford of all-girl act The Saturdays took fourth position, up 13 places in a year.

And Keeley Hazell remains at number five for the second year running.

Over one million FHM readers worldwide voted for the poll this year.

“That other election might be a close-run thing but this equally important poll was so one-sided this year that some bookies have already paid out on Cheryl Cole,” the Independent quoted FHM editor-in-chief Colin Kennedy as saying.

“After hogging the headlines and dominating TV screens for 12 solid months, the nation”s sweetheart romped home for a second successive year, leaving all challengers in her curvaceous wake.

“With very strong showings for Frankie Sandford and hot newcomers like Twilight star Kristen Stewart, perhaps Cheryl should start looking over that perfectly sculpted shoulder. Or at least, showing a bit more leg,” he added.

How the Great Thar Desert trip changed Abbey Clancy’s life

London, March 30 (ANI): Abbey Clancy, fiance of England football star Peter Crouch, has admitted that her trip to Great Thar Desert in India gave her a much-needed wake-up call about her privileged existence.

For 10 days, Abbey and her mum Karen joined a gipsy family as they crossed the desert by camel to perform a dance at a fair.

And the extraordinary journey – part of a new three-part ITV2 series, The Parent Trip – changed her life.

“My holidays normally consist of lying by the pool in a nice bikini with a strawberry daiquiri,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.

“All my family holidays have been in Spain and Europe. I’ve never ventured out that far and I certainly haven’t experienced anything like that in my life.

“I was just mortified. I was terrified of every little thing.

“I’ve been wrapped up in cotton wool my whole life, which is probably quite a bad thing. I was just so upset and shocked at things, like seeing starving dogs and cows. It really upset me.

“It was really, really intimidating because they can’t speak a word of English. I was traumatised and was crying.

“But as the days went on we started to get to know people. And I know it sounds like a cliche but we really did become part of their family and I ended up loving every second of it. I didn’t want to come home,” she added. (ANI)

Abbey Clancy wore invisible braces to correct ‘crooked’ smile

London, Aug 9 (ANI): TV personality and model Abbey Clancy has revealed that she used invisible braces to correct her ‘crooked’ smile, a secret that’s been tipped to boost her earnings by 5 million pounds.

The 23-year-old has revealed how she used the invisible dental brace the Invisalign for just under a year to overcome insecurities about her looks.

Peter Crouch’s fiancee Abbey underwent ‘Invisalign’ treatment at the Tracey Bell clinic in Liverpool.

Patients are fitted with invisible aligners, which can be removed to eat, drink and floss.

Abbey also received tooth whitening and oral hygiene treatment at the clinic.

“My teeth were goofy and crooked and I felt they stuck out,” the Daily Star quoted Clancy as saying.

“In pictures it was always obvious to me. I would never smile to show my teeth in photos.

“I didn’t know about the clear braces available until I went to Tracey Bell.

“When I was younger I was a model and you can’t model with a conventional brace.

“I used to present and film The Fashion Show with the braces in. I have done photoshoots with them in as well. I was shy about smiling and it gave me more confidence,” she added.

Abbey, now based in Portsmouth, returns to the Liverpool clinic for regular check-ups.

“I feel loads more confident and I love the result,” Clancy said.

“If you are thinking about invisible braces, go for it. It’s a small price to pay for confidence and a perfect smile,” she added.

TV executives believe that Abbey will earn millions more thanks to the new smile.

“She seemed to scowl a lot in the past and that held back her career. Now it’s sorted out, a smiley Abbey is much more attractive for TV. This could prove to be a 5-milion-pound smile,” one TV executive said. (ANI)

Wedding bells for Peter Crouch, girlfriend?

London, July 16 (ANI): Soccer ace Peter Crouch is all set to tie the knot with girlfriend Abbey Clancy, it has emerged.

The happy news came after he crouched down on a lanky bended knee to pop the question, reports The Sun.

The 6ft 7in England striker, 28, was left waltzing with joy as the model burst into tears and said: “Yes.”

A source revealed: “Abbey was thrilled. She didn’t have to think about it and said ‘Yes’ immediately. She cried tears of joy and melted into his arms.

“It was such a happy, romantic and magical moment.”

Crouch, who has dated the Scouse beauty for four years, asked her to be his wife as they shared a sun-kissed holiday in Sardinia.

It is believed that the couple want a huge wedding.

But the source said: “They have not set a date yet. Peter simply decided it was the right time to take their relationship a step further.

“He has been thinking about getting engaged for some time. But he wanted to wait for the ideal moment.” (ANI)

Abbey Clancy struggles to keep her ‘monokini’ in place

London, Jul 7 (ANI): English lingerie model Abbey Clancy was spotted struggling to keep the ‘monokini’ she was wearing in place, as she soaked up the sun on a luxury yacht.

Clancy, 23, is on holiday in Ibiza with her Brit footballer boyfriend Peter Crouch, 28, and the two were seen spending the whole day snorkelling before retiring to their luxury hillside villa.

She was not the only one seen wearing the swimsuit, as last month ‘The X Factor’ judge Cheryl Cole was snapped in a 375 pounds lime green designer Melissa Odabash version while holidaying with her hubby Ashley Cole.

But the ‘monokini’ is definitely not for everyone, warns fashion director Amber Morales.

“You need an amazingly toned midriff to carry the look off as well as Cheryl and Abbey do,” the Mirror quoted her as saying. (ANI)

London, June 30(ANI): Soccer star Wayne Rooney and pregnant wife Coleen are having a gala time with pals at St Tropez on their second holiday of the summer.

Six-months-pregnant Coleen was seen riding a jetski when she finished sunbathing, while the footballer was pictured testing out a flyfish, a three-man inflatable dingy similar to a banana boat, The Sun reports.

London, April 24 (ANI): England football star Peter Crouch’s girlfriend Abbey Clancy suffered wardrobe malfunction after her boob popped out during an award function.

The beauty had just arrived to the FiFi UK Fragrance Awards 2009 when her dress’ gaping neckline travelled a bit too further south, exposing her boob, reports the Sun.

Clancy is an English lingerie and catwalk model who made headlines during the 2006 FIFA World Cup as the girlfriend of Crouch.

Lamp’s new WAG makes her England debut

London, Apr. 3 (ANI): Frank Lampard’s sexy new babe, Saskia Boxford, has made her debut as an official England WAG when she watched him play for his country against Ukraine.

Boxford joined the line-up of wives and girlfriends led by Victoria Beckham and Abbey Clancy at Wembley on Wednesday.

And fellow fans were stunned by her amazing resemblance to Lamps’ former lover Elen Rives, reports the Daily Express.

The star and Spanish model Elen, 30, were together for seven years before their split earlier this year.

But it seems he really has drawn a line under their relationship after inviting Saskia, 23, to the Ukraine match.

Dressed in tight jeans, snakeskin heels and sunglasses, she looked every inch a glamorous WAG.

Over the last two weeks ex-model Saskia has been seen on string of dates with Frank, 30.

But his spokesman denied they are an item.
