ETC Data) has received, sorted, and processed mail and editorials for the
publication. Mail is then forwarded to the appropriate office or location for

In 1998, Nexxlinx added another task to the services performed for Reader`s
Digest. Customers contact Nexxlinx to locate a particular article, quote or
other information that appeared in a past publication. The Nexxlinx Customer
